Taylor was AMAZING!! She had three different sets of customers and she was professional, friendly and all around an all star with each of us!!Im brand new to CSpire and as long as she is there, I will continue to be!!

The staff was pleasant enough. The selection of purchasable phones was limited to the most costly phones available. You might look elsewhere if you are wanting to buy a phone.

There are a few things that Im not happy with about the company however with that being said the location I deal with here in Picayune has great customer service. Issues I have brought to their attention have been addressed and resolved efficiently. I have been with cspire going on four months and overall its been a good service.

Took a customer there, as a favor & to help her (as she is in her mid 80s) activate a newer flip phone. Shes not savvy enough to go smartphone so we activated her a newer flip phone.

The store in Picayune, MS. Is the ABSOLUTE WORST !!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTINGYOU CAN NOT EVEN CALL THIS LOCATION, TO DISCUSS YOUR PROBLEM AND THE 800 NUMBER COULDNT RESOLVE THE ISSUE... SO IT TAKES ANOTHER TRIP TO THE STORE... SITTING IN A CAR ANOTHER 1 1/2 HRS. AND AT LAST ... RESOLVED ( SOMEWHAT )BECAUSE OF THE POOR SERVICE AND SNAPPY ATTITUDE..CSPIRE. WILL HAVE ONE LESS CUSTOMER, COME DECEMBER 2020.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED 👹UpdateIssue Still wasnt RESOLVED... After I was assured it was !!Spent another hour and half on the phone and at last, talked to a Supervisor who knew her Job, and resolved my issue ! SHOUT OUT TO 💗WENDY💗 ! THE ONLY PERSON, OUT OF THE 6-7 PERSONS I SPOKE TOO.. THAT TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUE !

Great service, good knowledge of the phones your getting and polite. The only thing like every phone service is what they tell you over the phone at the office or the service desk is different from what you get when you visit the local dealer/office. I just wish they can all be on the same page. The other have a meeting mandatory once or twice a week regarding products anyting regulations Etc.....

Me and my fiancé was trying to look in the store And the worker lady randomly popped out of no where and scared the heck out of me and didn’t say sorry ignored my questions and wouldn’t let us in or wouldn’t let me know if we were aloud to when I asked

Its the best cell phone place I have experienced in a very long time. Never had a problem with them a d had service every where I go.

Salesperson was knowledgeable & friendly. My only complaint was I was adding a line & for $35 extra a month I was supposed to have unlimited everything but I cant get Internet service with the new phone. Now I have to find time to bring the new phone in to find out what the problem is.

I have yet to have a complaint against cspire. The staff is always friendly, waiting is never an option. We are normally seen too quickly.

Best choice for myself and advise friends and their family to use that company especially if adolescents have cellular use

TAYLOR a employee of 1 year, was very rude when I was only trying to get my phone fixed, she does not have a customer friendly attitude and she is in the wrong business she walked off with an attitude she didnt fix my issues. Plans to darn high not worth the prices. GUYS PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION ILL PAY YOUR GAS TO GET THERE.

CSpire has the best local service. It works out in the country as well as in town. It would not be good if you travel out of the area often because of their plan limitations for out of area usage. Alabama and Florida are in the area, Louisiana is not. The signal has been good whenever I have traveled, but I dont travel very often.The store on Hwy 49 in Gulfport is very clean, the wait times are short, and the workers are always helpful.
