A wonderful store you can find any home item you need except furniture of course. At a very reasonable price well stocked, the clerks are very helpful. You wont regret your visit I guarantee you that . The store is very well organized and kept neat at all times, just a fabulous experience.

Bed Bath & Beyond had everything I was looking for. Store was very clean. One of the staff helped find all the options I had to choose from on one item. This saved me a lot of time, which meant that I could get everything and leave without any worry. Thank you!!! Everyone was very nice also.

The Pickerington Bed Bath & Beyond is selling inventory at 25% off. I found the pads I was looking for to protect my wood floor from furniture scratches. Still s great selection of household items.

This store had a great selection. It was very well-kept, and the employees were very nice and helpful. This is a great place if you’re trying to find high-quality items for your home. The customer service is great here and the store is clean and organized. I find lots of great gift ideas here. Theyve got tons of kitchen gadgets, small appliances and cookware, bedding and decor, and personal care spa type items.

Incredibly frustrating experience. I was just at BBB ONLY because I received a coupon from recently moving and changing my address. I present the email from the post office and because the bar code wouldn’t load they refused to honor my VALID coupon. Coupon code there an everything. Even on their WiFi, my phone has no service in their store. The second I leave, boom! The barcode shows up. So instead of just going ahead and scanning a master coupon (which I’m sure they have), they say the post office will send me a paper coupon to get me out of there. Lie. The coupon is digital in my email right there. Terrible customer service!!

Great selection and return policy. Coupons always accepted, even if they expired. Customer service is great at this location. If they dont have it in stock, they will order it and have it shipped to your address, preventing you from having to make another trip to the store. Ive always encountered very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful team members that will get the answers I need before purchasing.

Usually have what I am looking for and the associates are friendly and helpful. Sometimes could use another open register or two. The app also makes tracking sales and special offers easy, and members get an ongoing 20% off. Well worth it if you are working on organizing/redecorating.

Store closing, not much left, wasted trip.

Came here to return 2 spice shakers. Wanted credit back on card. Cashier puts cash in my hand instead of putting it back on card, without asking me. Cash is half of the credit owed to me. She seems like she doesnt get it, I show the receipt. Goes to consult with her associate casedithier, who points out that I bought 2, not 1. I get that credit returned to the card. Not the most helpful clerk.

This particular location is always poorly stocked and a wreck. Best of luck trying to find a sales associate to help you if you need something. More than once, Ive walked the store in search of assistance, got frustrated when I couldnt find it (or found it but was ignored becaue it was social hour), and walked out. I will say, however, Ive scored some awesome clearance items. King size flannel sheets for $20? Yes, please!

I was amazed at the hospitality I received in Columbus location. I was in an area across from my next purchase and store clerk asked to help me locate an item- I showed picture on my phone and she went clear across store and brought it back to me🙌🏼 like what 💕

We just bought a shark mini vac. The curbside service was good, they delivered it straight to your car’s trunk so non contact service.

They had nothing it was empty maybe its because they are closing, I seen it on the web. I dont know why they dont inform their customers of this

Always my go to place for kitchen tools, pots and pans, bedding and tableware. The store is well stocked and clean. Helpful employees make the rounds if you need help. Coupons are also an incentive.

The item was only offered online. Even though I originally did not want the product delivered to my home, they were willing to have it delivered to the store and allow me to pick it up. Had everything I needed. Be sure to use their coupon as some things are a little above average price. Its a good one stop shop for kitchen, bedding and such.

My wife and I paid for the annual membership and have been enjoying the 20% off on everything we buy. The quality isnt quite Pier 1 but is far better than Wal-Mart. The staff at Hill Rd. have also been wicked helpful and courteous.

Tracy was super nice; however, our merchandise credit was read wrong by her manager and we were shorted over $47. We have the receipt at home to prove it! We will have to makecan extra trip back now to prove it

Went in on a Tuesday around 5:30pm for reusable K Cups.Found several styles easily, by the Coffee Makers. Lots of interesting gagets on display. Only one person ahead of me in the check out line.

I shop Pickerington store quite often and I’m always pleased with the customer service I receive. Recently I had a return, several purchases and a sales receipt from the previous day that needed adjustments since I had forgotten my coupons. Bonnie waited on me and couldn’t have been nicer. She was very pleasant considering all she had to do for me. You have excellent employees, but I will say Bonnie went above and beyond for me which I really appreciated. I love to shop where the staff is knowledgeable and caring. Kudos to the Pickerington BB&B!

Didnt have a coupon with me but once a month you can get 20% off one item in store with online by pulling up retail-me-not and having them scan the barcode. Both the floor employee and the cashier were very nice and helpful.

When an item was out of stock, an associate quickly ordered it online to be delivered to the house for free. Everyone is very helpful and the products speak for themselves.

I had a question about the price of a rug and the older white woman at the customer service counter had no problem being super rude for no real reason. She seemed eager to be rude so I was left a bit astonished at the fact that she was miserable. Only miserable people project their negativity like that. The manager came back and gave us the rug for a good price because there was a price mistake, and the girl who handled us was very kind and amazing. So I want to point out that not everyone who works there is miserable at their job or should hold the responsibility of that miserable customer service lady. That kind of negative energy made me want to put back the products I was buying but I thought, This is not my battle. This is the ladys battle with her inner demons. Funny though, that right after, a couple came to check out and she was cheery and happy. It wouldnt be because they were White could it? I truly hope racism is not creeping ints way into Pickerington. Thats not tolerated AT ALL. TY BBB employees who did their job efficiently and didnt let that dark cloud ruin their day.

Went to buy a vacuum they had on sale. The salesperson I asked not only knew the stock available, but also knew that the vacuum I requested was already at the front desk. In and out in less than 10 minutes

My wife and I came in this evening to buy a Rooba vacuuming robot. Wed called ahead, since no stores in our immediate area carried the model that we were interested in; we were connected quickly to a department staffer who confirmed the availability of multiple models, including the one that wed inquired about.Once at the store, even though it was two days before Christmas and bustling, we found store shelves stocked and staff ready and eager to help us. Additional filters and accessories were also available and stocked.Upon checkout, we were cheerfully assisted by Grace, who informed us that the unit required a couple of batteries and had them within reach. We appreciated her attitude and helpfulness; though its the toughest time to work retail, Grace made us feel very good about what, for us, is a large purchase.Thanks much, Grace, and the others at Pickeringtons BB&B!
