I tried to go to work this morning. Windshield wipers are not working because they forgot to tighten the nuts on the arms. You can’t even call the shop to inform them. I called the customer service number and she was no help.

They are always friendly and fair.

I got my 2017 Mazda MX-5 windshield replaced at the Pico Rivera location and a couple of days after getting my car back the moldings around my windshield flew off while driving down the freeway. I called their warranty department and spoke with three different people, it’s been a week already and they haven’t called me back nor I’ve got any answer. Poor repair job and bad customer service!

Broken windshield from debris while driving on the freeway. Took it too Safelite in Pico Rivera. Great service. They had the windshield replaced in about an hour at a great price. Strongly recommend them if you need a window replaced on your vehicle. They will even come to your home to fix.

This is a wonderful facility with very professional employees. To get the repair needed on your vehicle very engaging professionals here well make the windows that may or may not be broken on your vehicle much more beautiful than they are if you needed them replaced.

Awesome company and a pleasure to do business with. They come to your home but send an email with the technicians picture and expected time the night before. My windshield repair took about an hour and was done professionally by Ignacio . Their price was very competitive and while several other shops estimated the job to be done in 4hrs, these guys nailed it in one...

12/22/19 = 5 star = I had my glass replacement from this branch, they went to my house and replace it, i do recommend to call them first before calling your insurance, they have good price on all kind of glass .

Went for advice on Liftgate hinge. Technician Ignacio advised change the hinge. No charge. Very nice.

They did a good job in replacing my windshield but it took longer than expected. They also dont use OEM windshields. They used a Mexico produced windshield for my Toyota

I had a rock jump and hit my windshield while driving on the freeway. I called during my break to create a claim, took about 5 minutes. A day later I was called to schedule an appointment. Juan came on Saturday on time, was very informative and friendly; most importantly, he did an awesome job.

Awful service, unapologetically wasted our time. Id give this place zero stars if I could. My partners car was broken into on the street and it was undrivable. We called this particular Safelite on recommendation from his insurance company. They gave us a five hour window on a Monday afternoon. I took the day off work so that I could be here for it. With about an hour left in the window, the technician called to say he couldnt make it. He said he was too far away from our house. (He was in our zip code; ridiculous.) The next day, the office gave us a two hour window for service. I was supposed to get my OWN car fixed, but canceled that appointment so that I could wait at home for the technician to show up. He didnt make it during the window. The home office was, again, lackadaisical about it, like our time didnt matter at all to them. Ive now wasted two days dealing with this, and they truly dont seem to care. All wed ask for this sort of service is a reasonable setting of expectations and delivering on what they promise. These guys are liars and jerks. Weve learned our lesson the hard way and hope anybody reading this posting would think twice about hiring them.

They fixed my car window after it had been broken into. They said it would take a hour and a half to two hours but they had it done just before the hour and half mark. Friendly service and they vacuumed out my entire car not just the side with the glass replacement.

Just want my windshield to be repair last month for 280$ then They Break something in my windshhield operator so they can add more for me to pay... its 1 month now and im still using plastic and ducktape on my windshield cause of them adding more expensive thing for me to pay than my windshield...

Ok, I am little scared... I had a 2005 Nissan Altima and 15 years ago, I had a small chip on the windshield which they fixed an was awesome thats why I came back. The confusion part is now on my new Car I have small chip (smaller than a dime) the windshield which the technician stated if they applied pressure if it breaks they are not responsible... hun???I couldnt believe what I was hearing, like the saying goes.. if you break you pay. He said no, they hold no liability. I then proceeded to ask the front desk Rep. & also stated the same info, I asked if they had windshield brake before and she said yes, I then asked how many windshield have they broken & stated they dont keep those records... I was like hun again?? How can a business not know how many??? Feeling so unsure, is not good.

After my car window was broken into safelight was able to schedule me on the next business day to replace my side window dropped off my car at 8 am full of broken glass and got a call from the office that my car was ready for pick up at 1pm interior cleaned and vacuumed window replaced and working fine.

I would never recommend or use this company. I lost one day of work with the run around and incompetence.

Not good service. Cancelled my service call with out any notice. Called in Thursday and received an email that my repair was cancelled. Called in and no one knew why it was cancelled. Manager is supposed to call me but based on the service I doubt they will...Will stick to mom and pop repair service.
