Was a surprising visit to this place...Furniture...

I asked the salesperson if they had a stock bumper he said they didnt have one. I gave him my cellphone number. and to let me know when they have one available Im still waiting 😆

The employees that work here have no clue about what they are doing. The person at the front desk knows nothing about parts and ran back and forth asking another person instead of having them come to talk to me. She then proceeded to pass the buck and send us to Will Call around the back of the building. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to go back to the front desk and talk to them. I explained what happened so the gentleman tried to help me. I asked for a igniter ballast and bulb that we called ahead for, and that they had told us that they had it I stock. What they brought me instead was the housing for it. Then when I googled a picture of what I needed, he said to go to the dealer. What a waist of time. I will NEVER refer anyone to this place.

The worst customer service, nobody knows whats going on, or try to figure out anything when a problem occurs.
