Update, everything was great until I discovered that some of my cabinets werent the right ones. Ive had to drive back five times to get excuses. I was told it was my fault because I didnt check the boxes before bringing them home. Im not a professional ! I thought that was their job to design and give me what I needed. I guess things have changed. Oh and yes if your expecting instructions to assemble your cabinets, GOOD LUCK your on your own, they include a page of what each box contains but thats it! Next time Ill know what to expect

This company is a SCAM. I tried several times reaching out to the owner of the company Orchid Zhai and she does not come to the phone to talk. All Im asking for is a refund of my money for products that were never sent to me. So this is the story from the beginning: Ive been dealing with Sally Huang who priced out a 24 kitchen project for me with specific sized cabinets. I paid them $25,500 with my credit card. More than a week dealing with her she tells me that some of the sizes are not in stock and will take 6-8 weeks then a day later tells me that its volume season and that shipping from China will take 3-4 months!!! She then proceeded to add two very tiny 9 cabinets to my kitchens which I DID not want nor agree too. I then told her I want to cancel the order based on them not having the necessary sizes in stock. This is where things turned even more sour. She then started claiming theres a 15% restocking fee and 3% credit card processing fee that Ill be charged! No where at any time did she mention these fees neither did she mention the extended delivery time. Mind you these were supposed to be shipped in one week. Shes wanting to charge me for products that were never shipped to me and something they dont even have in stock since she said itll take 3-4 months to come in!!! I am now still waiting for my refund which she refuses to send me and this $25,500 not a couple dollars!!! Any builder, investor, contractor, or homeowner STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are liars and they are cheats. I now have to fight and get my lawyer involved as well as my credit card company to get the money back from these thieves. Feel free to message me with any questions about this whole mess of a transaction.

Went to go get a quote here and I finally meet someone who was (at front desk, her name is Avianka) very nice, helpful, straight to the point, professional! I know we NEED more people friendly like that!!! I will for sure recommend this place and it does make difference. 😊 If the boss reads this..... keep her and give her a rise $.

Never buy a cabinet from Lowes or home Depot.

AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.The low cost may lure you.....but try to resist the temptation.I purchased quartz countertops and installation from this company. Now I will explain why I gave the company such a poor rating.First off, the slabs do not look to be made of very high quality. You would think quartz is quartz. If you were to put this product next to a slab of caesarstone you would immediately see a difference, the sheen and the entire presentation looks considerably better. Second, the installers didnt really speak English, which can make it difficult to communicate on an install job. Otherwise, you are just hoping for the best, which is the mistake I made. Third, the installers cut the sink cutout way too big, one side has the sink lip exposed, to the eye and for water leakage. What you are left with is a very unprofessional looking countertop install, looks like I did it myself. Forth, One of the slaps has an errant cut running up the side, for all to see. Fifth, One slab has slight discoloration on it. Sixth, the seem, where two of the slabs were connected is very poorly done, these days you should barely be able to see it. Now, because of the sink cutout I have to continually re-cock it every month or so.Im not usually one to go on here and bad mouth companies Ive worked with. I usually just take the hit and move on. In this case Ive decided to air my grievances. I went a long while without contacting the company, for a number of reasons. We got busy....and at first I thought I could live with the imperfections of the install. Then I started to think, I paid good money for this product and it was an integral part of our new kitchen.I reached out to contact my sales rep, the one I worked with on the project. She did not respond to my initial message. I decided to drive down to the warehouse and talk with her or somebody in management. My sales person was off that say. The front office said I can only speak with my salesperson about my issue. I said I wanted to speak with somebody in management. They responded by saying there was no management, just an owner......and he was in China for a long time. I finally spoke with my salesperson and she couldnt be more rude if she tried. I decided to try and speak with management after realizing my salesperson was not going to be any help at all. Ive tried to get ahold of somebody in management at least ten times, including the owner. They treat me like I dont matter at all. I havent received a call back from anybody.I dont know how this company stays in business. They kept on saying there was a year guarantee when I bought the product. Then, when I wanted to get my repairs done they said it was outside of a year. I have my receipt and I was definitely inside of a year. In other words, their guarantee is worth ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Dont get tricked like I did. Dont go for the cheap prices......it will bite you later.*There is one star because they dont allow 0.
