Ive had a good experience here. Management has only not been there once when trying to get ammo, but other than that Ive been able to find my fishing rod and everything Ive wanted from the store just fine. Most of the employees seem nice, but nothing really negative

Big 5 grandson bought baseball glove he got a reasonable price for Wilson he wanted to buy a wrist watch not much of Variety although the sales person was helpful and mention more of a Variety would be in.

The manager (tall white guy) very rude and he must think every bald Mexican is a gang member. he give me bad looks every time im in the store. i would go to another big 5 but i live less then a quarter mile from this store. corporate needs to replace the manager after that the store would get a better rating.

15 or 10 minutes before closing, when entering the store, female cashier instead of greeting she notified me that the store was going to close in 19 minutes, male employee wa very helpfull at the sporting good dept. I knew exactly what i need and had enough time to do the purchace

I dont think Ive ever walked in this Big 5 and it not be spotless. Workers are very friendly and super helpful. The manager Jeff has always been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable at what he does. This is one of the few stores left where you can still get help without looking around the whole store to find someone or wait for ever. Great job keep up the good work!!

Great store. Had what i was looking for. Got the product home. Found out it was broken. Called the store and let them know. They told me i could return it with the receipt, i informed them Ill be back the following day. I got off work and went to the store. And they pretty much had a new one waiting for me. Very appreciated. Awesome store and employees.

The girl employee in the front was really rude. She needs to be more polite. If she doesn’t like her job then she needs to leave and look for something else. She killed my whole mood.

Was 2nd in line to buy an item. Guy that was 3rd in line got in front of me cause apparently he called. Also manager ( white guy ) is very rude and tells me im banned for buying products at store? Also does not accept coupons for items even though store policy does not state that. He should he fired. Also manager backdoor items for resale on ebay/local for employees and friends he probably gets a cut. I will contact corporate and stay away from this Big 5

Really disapointed with my visit. Instead of greeting the customers, they ask what youre there for. I get that restrictions are in place, but customer service should not go out the window because of it. They treat customers like theyre infected. To top it off, Boxes were piled all over the store made the store look cluttered.

Went on this so-called Black Friday they had everything that was on sale good service I was happy with them as you can see

Went in to find training gloves for my 6 year old after not having luck at other sporting good and specialty stores.Found the gloves I was looking for. In and out in 5 minutes.

They let others who didn’t have a mask onn go all the way in the store to check wat they had . .And me having a mask on just to be safe, the white guy in charge stopped me and my dad from checking out the store and asked what we were looking for . Very bad a rude service, and I was planning to buy a court and a bench press from there but now I’m never coming back there ever again .

Horrible customer service. The cashier (1986502) was rude, didnt bag our purchases and shoved the water across the counter at me in an attempt to get us out of the line quicker. She overcharged us $80 for two sleeping bags. My husband had to insist that they were $40 dollars less than what she rung up. The floor staff was helping under a sense of obligation but I give the guy credit for at least pretending to value his job. When a customer makes a purchase it is natural to have questions about quality of product and price etcetera. It was obvious that this was an inconvenience to the floor staff. Like most people I am on a budget and I like to know what things cost before I take it to the register. Most of the camping items we looked at were not marked and we had no idea how much it cost.Needless to say, we will be driving further out for better customer service I would never recommend this store to friends or family. I suggest another location if your big on customer service or a novice camper.

The store itself was decent and the selection was the same.I purchased a bat, Louisville Slugger, and now I wonder if much of their products have defects in them.I dont mind paying more as long as the quality is worth it.Customer service there is terrible!!Another sporting goods store is definitely a better idea,Travel a little further and get a better product aswel as some customer service.

I do shop this Big 5 and I had a few questions but the gentleman didnt seem to knowledgeable on the canopies. But I found out he was new so Ill give him that one. Although beware when an item says only this this item at this price. Instead of putting as is letting you know there maybe something missing or something wrong with it, they just markdown the price. I thought because the box was beat up that maybe the bag was just dirty.....nope missing items.

Customer service is terrible, we purchased a tent and wanted to split the cost 50/50 the cashier couldnt figure out how much each of us would have to pay. My sister told her most places the cashier should be able to figure out or use a calculator. No response from her, she needs a lesson in how to be a better person.

I went to.the store looking for a beach umbrella. Shelfs were empty, staff was not helpful. I will not shop at that store again.

Attention manager... your signs are misleading! Nike rack said sale but only 1 certain kind! Not the rack the the sign was on. Very misleading and not good for business.
