Good store. Great amount of items. Some stuff is over priced for what it is. Many interesting things in store that you dont see other places. Didnt like that it took about 20 minutes to check out today when the line wasnt long. Dont know why they wouldnt open other registers to help customers. Could be customer service is not a priority and they rather stock and organize merchandise, which is something that can be done when the store dies down. But what do customers know. Just hope you dont have to wait forever if you go to look at some of the good things they have.

I told my wife this store is filled with a bunch of stuff you dont really need but stuff you want to buy! Super addictive shopping. This company has such solid financials and is a great long term stock investment.

Great store for gifts, the have a lot of cute things for the house and a good selection of t shirts with designs.

Customer Service is non-existent

They had the bags of mango in stock so I picked up 2, they also restocked the baby yoda t-shirts which was great I needed a small for a gift & by the register they had baby yoda travel hand sanitizer I picked up a few for stocking stuffers

Bad bad bad experience. I was outside the doors waiting for the employees to open the doors because it was already 10 oclock. They were inside cleaning and looking at us because there was two more customers outside waiting too. They would NOT open. We knocked on the door and they just looked at us from the back BUT still did NOT open. We ended up leaving after 20 minutes of waiting. Ive been to other 5 below store and the service there was way better. I WOULD NOT recommend this store. 😠☹

Purchased two items that came to $11.03. I heard $11 and handed over eleven dollar bills. When the young lady handed me my merchandise and receipt I waited for my change. I said, what, no change? No, she told me. It came to $11.03 and you only gave me $11.00. Of course she was right and I HAD short-changed HER! But when I attempted to give her the 3 cents, she smiled at me and refused my 3 pennies. I know I looked quite grungy that day and she might have thought I was homeless. But her smile and kindness really made my day. Of course, I left the pennies on the counter. But I left the store feeling ten times better than when I walked in, thanks to her. I would thank personally. But the receipt identified her only with a number. 305210. Hope she gets this. DM

Good stuff for 5 bucks

Common place to lose your money 70%of the things are Chinese and the test are ok buys the toys are not up to par buy the rest of the things are great . We even found a portable humidifier my nephew was having a asthma attack and they saved our souls with that one so its ok to look around like the old Pic And Save its a great hunting ground for that odd item that may help you out .

Sooo many different items nice store.

This store is amazing and literally does have everything below 5 dollars (tax is additional). They have school supplies, phone covers,toys, candy, some party decor, exercising equipment and more. You really do have to check it out. I take my niece there everytime she has earned a toy, she always leaves happy and so do I. And yes theres a restroom.
