The workers are so mean and it took 3 months to fix the dispenser. Do not sign contract with them, they always increase the price without notice. And you can never stop the contract Even if you are not satisfied with their price and service. Buying towels and dish soap from amazon is much cheaper.

Great place and great job

Terrible customer service. Attempted to order by phone on a Wednesday, told to email the details. Emailed immediately on Wednesday. Have been playing email tag each day since then, with my order just placed on the following Tuesday. No explanation of delay. When order was placed, no price quote was provided first so I have no idea how much my order will be. I have asked for the pricing and delivery information daily, but have not received any details. Today, 6 days after my initial order I was told I will receive the order in 5-10 business days. I still have not been quoted a price so it appears I will be charged whatever they deem appropriate and have to combat any errors afterward. Specifically I dealt with Rebecca Romero in the Pico Rivera office. Her customer service is severely lacking - terrible follow up, unprofessional and discourteous emails and unexplained delays. I used to be a big fan of Cintas, but the service has changed drastically from 2014 forward and I have had nothing but bad experiences.

Its a great company to work for. Treat you fairly. Products are the best in the industry.
