Great customer service and windows were in time

The best customer service, Bertha has lots of knowledge and shes always willing to share it with others, very good prices good quality, always with the highest standards in the industry, and luis is a very well experienced glass journeyman. I highly recommend this place.

Worst customer service! First time customer and I didn’t even get to buy a replacement screen door. So it’s a NON customer. The lady kept putting me on hold and never even got to make an appointment because she kept putting me on hold! Money out the door because of customer service.

Jus needed 3 x 3 cut out Piece of mirror seems like they wanted me to pay for their dinner very expensive

Customer service...1 star- they had the part, but the lady in the front said she didnt want to be bothered to go and get it for us to buy.... at her own store. How are we supposed to buy a piece from here that they wont get? Said forget it, buying it online, wont be back, wont be recommending.

Customer service is Horrible, otherwise price is GOOD. OL Lady needs to stay home n watch over Grandkids..

Wow I dont know how they even stay in business. The receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. If the rest of the workers are anything like her, forget it. Theres plenty more glass places I can go to. You lost my business.
