Price competitive and wide selections. Fresh vegetables and fruits. Security Guard The Marine always greets people and never see rude customers.

The customer service was good, and employees were nice. Only this is that some of the vegetables looked as if they were ready to expire and they didnt have much of it either. Price could vary on some items. What I did like and I was surprised to find was the Jack Daniels flavored punch! I had to buy it. Employees practiced good social distancing and wore a mask the whole time.

My wife and I always shop at Superior Grocer for the fruit and vegetables and other items and plus the fresh bread they make it daily.

This store (location) is super clean and organized. The produce section is impeccable, I didnt see old rotting fruits or veggies. The employees here are very nice and helpful. They disinfect after each customer and theres someone by the door ready with cleaning products. Theres plenty of parking outside. They have a bakery and hot foods department. I really liked going to this Superior 👍👍

Produce is so old. Meats the same. I was disappointed with cashier. I ask him to be careful with the eggs and seemed not to care and was pushing stuff like he didnt care. Oh for the people going to pay gas bill or electric be prepared to wait.

Clean, great produce selection, great customer service but the seafood is horrendous. The ceviche is flavorless and old, so were the shrimp i bought. Do yourself a favor a visit a local meat market.

This used to be GIGAnte back in the day but still great produce and meat,with population of culture they hold down the raza needs haha from rare mexico good and ingredients to fruit beverages etc my abuela always goes when shes down here to get her ingredients for caldo de res or asada taco with rice and beans love this place :)

They are very clean, and the Meat section has excellent customer service.. The thing they need to work on is, having more cashier during the night shift.. 2 is not enough it does get crowded sometimes.. They also need some work on the produce.. Ive seen some questionable mangoes..

This place give you old chicken and the food smells bad and this has been the third time that I have gotten rotten chicken and they should investigate so other people don’t get food poisoning

Great tortilla selection and quality, bolillos are almost always fresh and soft, prepared meats wide selection. Great prices. Like that its a smaller store but still has all I need.

This rating is based on mostly the bakery section of the store but as a whole unit as well. First the bakery, do not believe anything the staff tells you in regards to your pre-ordered item will be ready at a certain time. Especially Maribel. When I ordered the nice lady who took my order verified with her that the cake would be ready. On the day I go pick it up, the lady making the cake had just started to put it together. Sad, because the nice lady who took my order said she asked the bakery lead (Maribel) that it should have been done and was shrugged off by her. So when I spoke to her (Maribel), she said I told her to make it an hour ago. Pure lies!!! If she would have told her to do it, it would have gotten done. If I could give a negative rating I would but for the nice lady who took my order was awesome.As for the manager that took 15 minutes to get to the bakery and say he could not do anything about Maribels screw up, SAD!Overall most employees are nice but some have no idea what they are doing in the store.Bottom line go to a Mom and Pop bakery for your cakes.

Ive been shopping here for the past 7 years. In that time Ive witnessed the prices go way up and the quality of food (produce in particular) go way down. Ive also noticed many upgrades to improve the stores appearance. Things that would promote sales of course. For instance, the candy they sell at the check out is now lit up. Now that is definitely worth passing on the cost to the consumer right? They should focus on quality service and food and by way of merit the customers will be swarming their store. It wont come through false and glamorous sales tactics.

Great prices on meat, self serve pastry area is so very dirty as well as the trays used.Wouldnt it be cleaner to just put your items in a baggie, a new clean baggie ?? I think so . These trays might get cleaned once or twice a day but they sure look gross to put my bread on.

They had the rib eye stake for 3.99 a lb wow I cant wait to cook them. I bought 3 stakes like an inch thick for 10.99 Thats good they would have cost me just for 1 steak 3/4 of an inch thick so a very good deal.

Store well-stocked, bakery and meat department with butchers . Clean store staff busy doing their things didnt come across as unfriendly but not friendly either. restrooms clean, they do have a cashier for bill pay of some kind . The parking lot can be an issue might be too small for a big store like this not as clean as it could be and there are homeless people or possibly undocumented workers loitering outside the store making it a bit uncomfortable to enter .

I practice there since it is near me! There needs to be more emphasis to take care of range specially with balls and mats! Newer balls better mats if they do these Ill comeback and but a range card again!!

This place is ok at best because the stuff is not orderly placed. There are some areas where it needs cleanliness and the staff needs to be more friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been here a few times and sometimes theres no one to help you out. The registers could use some improvements in speed.

Check out lines are way too long. Only 2 or 3 registers open and management just checking out the pretty girls/clientele customers. They have no customer service. Products are good and fresh it is just their check out lines that is a huge inconvenience.

The staff is wonderful and professional. Today I was very disappointed that the lettuce, Mexican squash, melons and jalapeno peppers were ssemi-roten. I love Superior but if this continues i will not shop there again..

Superior has a variety of produce with good sales. Theres a Panaderia at the back with fresh pan dulce. You can purchase coffee there, too, although its stored in a push pot. This store is similar to the big-box stores without the boxes. They have tall shelves that give you that feeling. I gave it 4 stars because the produce area floors could use some tidying up. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

This market has a large selection of Mexican food items for preparing a great Mexican dish... i found everything from rotisserie chicken, hot salsa, Mexican cream, Mexican shredded cheese, chunky guacamole, and a variety of tostadas to choose from.
