Always find what i need and excellent service everytime i go.

The store was clean and nice. But their customer service is way off. It took more than 10 minutes for a single cashier to start helping customers out. The long line was never even acknowledged. And there were 3 employees behind the registers doing their own thing. I just didnt understand what happened.

Called and verified that inventory was correct and matching what I saw online, drove 22 miles to this store to find out that the only one in stock is the floor sample and that they have the right to say that they have 1 in stock but not allowed to sell it. Employee was very rude in telling me that.

Decent tools had a decent price you can get what you need without running a home Depot and Lowes and all these places and pay an exorbitant prices for the same tools well worth it

Employees were very pleasent and helpful. The women at the door with long beautiful gray hair was rude. She looked at me my mother and boyfriend up and down as we paid. If I was going to steal I wouldnt have paid at all. So I gave it three stars out of five

Bathroom is meh. No soap and kind of dirty close to open. Makes me wonder what it’s like when it gets busy here.Other than that, good prices as always.On the other hand their solar collection is on point 👌 free energy ftw

Cheap tools for general use. But in the end you get what you pay for.

Plenty of staff on duty. Store was busy (Saturday morning) but checkout lines were minimal.

Never gotten a bad deal from the good people at Harbor Freight. This applies to both Pico Rivera and Pasadena. Well stocked, well organized, and the employees are all knowledgeable about the products.

If youre looking for a tool that gets the job 3 - 5 times. This is the place for you. For the most part dont expect long lasting tools. However, this place is super affordable and for the DIY guy.

One of my favorite places to come a lot of the times I really enjoy because they have really good deals on some of the stuff they use everyday and with the coupons they offer is really good one of the things that I dont like about this place is the customer service the some of the reps offer the ones theyve been there quite a while theyre always nice but the new ones it seems like you asked him a question they always have an attitude and it doesnt matter who you ask the new ones they always have this dont talk to me attitude.

Hate to love! For the tools you dont use every day, HF is great. For something you need to rely on, or where ergonomics and precision count, I look elsewhere. Though well see, some of the newer higher priced tools might actually be a good value. But its hard to justify their price when you can get quality name brands for just a little more.

Me and my dad walked in to get a trailer and we had the best costumer service that we havent seen in years. Even though it was late and the store was about to close, the manager John and his crew made sure that we were taken care off and also made sure that we are satisfied with the trailer. A week later when we came back, he asked us about the trailer making sure it was good which shows us that he cares. I will say it again the BEST costumer service we seen in years!Thank you

Its small. I couldnt find what I was looking for. But they do carry items you wont find anywhere else. I love their magnetic tool holding attachments! The prices are great.

I purchased a tool cart exactly three weeks ago. I came in to ask about it’s Status since I was never given a tracking number or even an estimate how long it will take. Three weeks should’ve been enough. I was told by the cashier with a huge smile that it was just sold to someone else. The manager arrived and I explained my situation; he then tells us they had been calling me and left many voicemails and since no answer they decided to sale it. I asked to verify the number they were “calling” he said he couldn’t show it to me since they no longer had it. He walked away. I was able to see on the screen when the cashier was giving me my refund my info. Had her read it back to me it was the correct number I showed her that I had no missed calls or voicemails and they wouldn’t tell me when these “calls” were made. They didn’t even apologize. I will never return to this store.

I use the ratchets and socket sets. Good quality. When ever I need something I go to harbor freight.

Great selection of inexpensive tools at a fraction of the price, at times. Auto tools are from Duralast, and Craftsman. Pittsburg tools are great and have not let me down, yet. But as always it is inexpensive. Get your tools here if you have a budget, if not used tools as well. $20 torque wrench can take you a long way and those are usually at the minimum of $50 to hundreds of dollars.

They have all the tools one needs and best prices always.
