Road up to Factory 47 with an appointment to buy the Assault Bars for my 2017 Ultra. During the two weeks I have dealt with the sales team and today the installer it was a great experience. Customer service was amazing and the installer treated my bike like his own. Love the bars and the quality!

Great looking bars and the video on the install sealed the deal for me. After changing the pipes, this is the second thing that is a must on your Harley. I started with 10” and have now moved to the 14” on my new bike. I’m 5’10” and they fit perfectly. Plus, you can see the factory mirror without any blockage. The 10”s made riding very comfortable but the 14”s completely stop any hand tingling.

This place is great!! The young lady on the phone got my order in and had it sent out the same day! Customer service is A 1. They also gave me a discount for being a vet. Ordered the shield. Great looking product. That being said, their customer service is absolute garbage. They dont respond to emails at all. They never included the replacement brackets with the Shield. And when I called, they seemed to be hesitant believing me. They asked me to take a picture of the shipping box and invoice. I did that and again, no response to the emails. Im mean honestly, what happened to the customer is always right?! We are talking about something thats probably only $20. I ended having to call them multiple times to confirm they got the pictures, which they did and would send me the replacement brackets. Well a few weeks go by and nothing in the mail. So I called AGAIN, and was told a little white lie saying that they were planning on shipping them out that day! How convenient...I must have reminded them...got the brackets. Lost a customer due to their customer service.

Just put on my factory 47 signature 12. I couldnt be happier. Great quality and look and comfortable. Customer service was also great. So glad I went with factory 47 instead of yafee monkey bars. Engine guard will be next, thank you Factory 47 for everything

Purchased my signature series bar, 14inch for my 2018 road glide, it took about 4-5 weeks due to bars being back order, I was anxious to receive them. Once they came in, I Had Harley shop install them and they look great. I only wish the bars can go a bit more forward away from me rather than lean towards me. However, look and feel way better than the grandpa style OEM bars. Also, thank you Factory 47 staff for being huge MILITARY supporters.

Had a great experience with the staff at factory 47!I had accidentally ordered the wrong part and upon realizing it called and talk to Christian who was able to fix the problem immediately.Not only Had I chose the wrong part I also forgot to put the correct address smh!I am currently living Iowa so it would’ve been a time consuming mistake if not caught in time by Christian.She was on top of it and walk me through the changes all the while presenting a positive attitude and great customer service relations.Can’t say enough about the staff and the experience I had with factory 47!

Craftsmanship of bars are second to none, I got the 12 in signature series for a 2018 roadglide they look great and were easy to install. Ordered them on a Thursday and got them Wednesday. Very satisfied

Guys at Factory 47 are legit. I went the 14” assault bars, shield crash bars and anarchy bag guards. Good price and now my Street Glide looks killer. Getting plenty of compliments. No issues with going with 14” bars. Used stock wires and the heated grip still work. Thank you guys at Factory 47.

Amazing bars the chrome is amazing the welds are flawless wiring the bars was easy I’ve used other brands over the years and these bars were very simple to wire the YouTube video was very helpful. Buy them you won’t be disappointed my buddies that have Yaffie bars wish they had chosen the Assault bars.

I ordered a pair of the factory 47 evil t 12 bars for my bike on cyber Monday. I couldnt be Happier with the performance of the staff. I realized I planned the timing for the production and shipping wrong and had to call and figure out a way for my package to be delivered to a completely different state. Tina in shippers my handled everything and I received my bars without any struggle. They are amazing looking bars, and I cant wait to install them. Thank you so much Factory 47 for the amazing parts and and great service.

Horrible customer service/appreciation. Drove 14 hours round trip for bars and professional installation. I watched the install video on you tube about 20 times and was very impressed by the attention to detail, thats the reason i decided to drive there and hopefully achieve that level of detail shown in the video. What i got was bars and a rush job on the install. 2 of the T27 screws were loose, half the snap buttons around the batwing werent pressed in completely, greasy fingerprints all over the bike, the bars were dirty, the cables are sticky from where the stickers were previously (In the video they explain that they dress the cables and remove the stickiness and printing on the cables).... neither were done. Their merchandise store was non existent, its a metal shop with a few shirts on hangers.... Went for a ride today on my brand new 17 street glide special and now ive got a small leak in my front brake reservoir. I guess zip tying the controls to the top of the frame to prevent leaks (as in the video) during the install was probably ignored thus causing a leak that i didnt have before. I was told it was going to take around 6 hours for the install several times, but it was only about 3.... they rushed the job, and charged me about $175 an hour. Nice bars, thats about it.

Ordered a Shield crashbar from a local shop. Picked up my parts from said dealer and when I got home and opened up the box to put the bar on I noticed a powder coat flaw. The bar was shipped in 3inches of bubble wrap and shrink wrap so it didnt in transit, just a mistake when powder coating. Contacted F47 directly, told me they cant deal with me within 2 days, and said the dealer has to do everything. Sent pictures to the dealer, he filed the paperwork and sent the pictures. Now all of a sudden it takes over a month to get an answer back. And tried to say that there were other scratches on the bar and that they dont know if theyll make it right. Its not the first time hearing of this happening either. The Harley dealer I bought my bike from said they had a similiar experience with them on a set of handlebars and that F47 told them that they signed for the delivery so its not their problem anymore. Customer service is absolutely terrible, especially for a company that says Factory 47 Cycles is without a doubt the #1 manufacturer in the USA for Harley Davidson parts. We manufacture the highest quality handlebars, engine guards, bag guards, and slip-on pipes. We are the only company to manufacture our own parts in-house using top of the line machinery. Factory 47’s quality is backed up with a team whose experience amounts to over 45 years and new team members whose knowledge aid us in perfecting our manufacturing processes.. One would assume with a statement like that they would back their products and make the situation right under any circumstances. Its a shame since I was gonna buy handlebars and bag guards from them too, but that sure as heck aint gonna happen now.
