Id give them 10 stars if I could. So I blew out a tire a couple months ago on a trip, had all 4 replaced at a *different* walmart tire center (all-wheel drive vehicle), but later realized these tires were the wrong size - much too large. I made the Pierre walmart tire center aware of the issue and they had my back 100%. They vocalized how this wasnt my fault, and shot back at three separate excuses for why I wouldnt be able to swap the erroneous tires for new appropriately sized ones from this different walmart on the phone. At the end of the day, they installed the correct tires and this was on a Sunday. Great culture here - very professional, team-oriented, friendly, and they have the customers needs squarely at the foundation of the operation.

Bought a tire from Walmart and they didnt even bother to put it on for us, said that we had to buy 2 tires for them to put it on. I said I would buy the second tire so they could put it on but the guy said they closed in 5 minutes and couldnt do it. So I was stuck put a tire on by myself in the dark in the back of the Walmart parking lot. Very poor customer service and the guy who by the way wasnt wearing a name tag was a jerk about the whole think and thats putting it nicely.

Trying to get ahold of the auto care center by phone is a nightmare! Just called during the middle of the day, someone answered and told me I would have to talk to a manager. He put me on hold which then transferred back to the phone ringing. After 11 min they hung up call. I quickly hit redial and its been ringing for over 2 min. No voicemail and apparently no one wants to work and actually answer the phone.

Sadly, I have to give them at least one star, but they sure as hell dont deserve it. I called the Auto Center as I was getting off work several nights ago and was told that if I got my pickup out there soon they should have plenty of time to get to it before they closed at 8pm. I got out there a couple minutes later, just after 7, and they were just finishing the last vehicle there. I was turned away with an empty shop and an hour until closing, and all I needed was a quick oil change. Not a good way to keep customers in Pierre. This will be the last time I waste my time and money here.

Lots of turnover. Very slow service. But tires are cheap. Other prices are not competitive.

How does Walmart run out of tire patches? So they couldn’t fix a tire for a couple days. However they did suggest we go across the street to TMA to get our tire fixed!

Called, they said on the website they could put a different size tire they had on hand on my vehicle. Got there and told they couldnt do it. What a joke, the main tech is a joke, ugh looking elsewhere.

I came an hour before closing, there were 6 guys standing around. One car ahead of me and they refused me of an oil change. I just got off work, called, they said it was fine and so I drove 2 hours! When I got there they denied me! 🤔😔 6 guys smh 3 lanes open! So I went into the front called them and they lied to me saying no because there is only 2 guys working lmao ok Hideous service!
