Pharmacy was horrible so after many times and every line of upset customers at the pharmacy I took my business to another pharmacy which tells me they are getting a lot of Walgreen customers switching for same reasons. People don’t seem to know what they are doing on any level. Other city Walgreens are great but not Pierre. Horrible customer service.

Bill at the front register was very rude. He accused me of stealing and was very rude towards my grandmother. I love Walgreens as I am employee in another state, but he did not follow through Walgreens ECC Guidelines.

Bill accused me of stealing but i saw the way he looked at me. so what if i wanted a free orange juice #meto.

Went to pickup a Rx that the phone message said was filled and ready to be picked up. I waited at the drive up window for 25 mintues before anyone came to the window to wait on me. When I said what I was there for I waited another 5 minutes and then was told the pharmacist had to check on it and it would be a few more minutes, I said I waited 30 minutes already and couldnt wait any longer and that I would have to stop back. I did not get a sorry for the waiting or inconvenience...nothing!! Definitely need to get more organized, and maybe some customer service training.

Staff is always incredibly helpful they help to suit your personal needs. Sometimes checkouts can be slow but the customer service is always great. 5 extra stars to pharmacy and management.

Cheapest milk in town and in the opaque jugs! I stop at Walgreens every week for that at least, but one always needs batteries, cereal and other things. And if youre a Rewards Card member (which I am), you can rack up some great savings in relatively short periods of time!

This happened just now. When we were going through the checkout line the customer ahead of us had a great conversation and interaction with the cashier. When it was our turn, the older woman who was cashiering didnt even acknowledge our presence. If you are going to treat customers differently, we can spend our money differently by going elsewhere.

Decent experience with this location. Definitely not as clean, well maintained, or stocked as other locations Ive visited just a decent level experience. Some of the staff is friendly enough to makeup for store location issues.

Definitely not close to any standard Ive experienced at Walgreens in other states. Staff are terrible and management is worthless. Such bad experience, I filed complaint with corporate office

Store is nice and clean, staff wasnt that friendly. Always have problems with my prescriptions there so switching to a different pharmacy.

One star might be to much for this location. So many issues, all cant be listed. An official complaint filed with Walgreens corporate office is still open.

Blow customers off at RX drive up in pierre SD they will be loosing my business for poor customer service

Sat in drive thru for over 15 min.

What is the point of calling ahead our the doctor calling ahead if they dont even start until you show up at the counter anyways ?

The assistant manager is rude and takes forever to help customers shes always grouchy acting with a bad attitude......seriously need professionals
