Can’t say enough about this store/dealership! Every staff member I have dealt with has went above and beyond...... several times. Parts department are friendly and knowledgeable, and the fact that they are available after hours is awesome. Of course it’s impossible to have every part we need on hand, but to have it the next morning is amazing. Sales department has went out of their way to make several deals happen. And the service is second to none!! We are 50 miles away, and the fact that they are willing to take time out of their day to help diagnose over the phone is very appreciated. If a service tech is needed, one is sent out in a timely manner. It’s about the only place where you can still talk to a service tech or the service manager to figure out what is wrong with your machinery. I hope that never goes away!! I feel these guys set the standard on how a dealership should be ran. Thank all of you!

These guys are so helpful! Needed help with our older riding mower and even though they werent going to get a huge sale out of our sale, they treated us so well. Made us feel like we were just as important to theirstore as the guy looking to buy brand new! Thanks guys! We appreciate how nice and helpful you were.

I have done business with three generations of Grossenburgs. Everyone of them has treated me very well. The Parts Manager and Service Manager have fixed me up many times over the phone. My wife went in and bought a lawn mower from the Sales Department they delivered it and showed her how to run it. What else could you ask for. As far as i am concerned everyone at this place is TOP NOTCH.

Very poor excuse for a parts manenger. He likes to suck up to the big farm customers... Very disrespectful... after looking into the matter further its my understanding that this is an ongoing issue with this parts manager as family farmers in South Dakota weve dealt with grossenburg for years and years back to the 80s I would expect better from grossenburg employees and management but I guess this is what the companies dwindled to

Says that they are open till 3 pm on Saturday but when you call them it say they are not open and will be 25 dollars to talk to anyone on Saturday
