I purchased an expensive pair of glasses roughly a month ago. A few days later I had to return for an additional fitting and to take care of an issue with the pads that rest on the sides of your nose.I ran into another problem today and went back to the shop. I was given several choices which included trying to repair them again, replace or give me a refund.After giving it some thought I chose the refund which they immediately issued and could not have been any nicer or accommodating.I highly recommend.
