Very rude! I walked in the station to pay for my gas and the no one but me and another customer who seemed to be shopping around. About 5 minutes later the other customer went behind the counter to take my payment. He was even rude during transaction like he was upset I came in to pay for gas. I will make sure I get gas somewhere else.

This station is ripping off customers already. This morning I was pumping gas. I pressed Regular and it skipped to silver @ $3.769 per gallon. Then I stopped pumping and selected regular it charged me $2.969 per gallon. Their sign advertising $2.89 regular and $3.69 per gallon. We I asked the clerk about a credit or refund he got indignant and said “ gas prices are going up”. I told him that his advertised price should be the same as what’s on the pump. You are deceiving your customers. Change one or the other. He refused to give me a credit.

This evening I sent my 10yr old son into this particular bp. As I watched my son exit the store empty handed, I try to pump my gas but it wasn’t working. So I ask the man inside why wasn’t pump 2 working, didn’t someone give you money for the pump. He said yes. He never processes the request and for the gas. He then proceeded to state that my son stole candy and ran out the store. So I brought my son back into the store and ask him to repeat what he just stated to me. My son emptied his own pockets and stated that he never took anything from the store, he just gave him the money and left out. I told him that that was a serious accusation to put on a young black male child especially with what is going on in today’s time. I asked for the manager information and the man refused to give me the information and just kept repeating to leave the store.

Bp slade auto service. Think twice before going here. We agreed $ 60 for state inspection. although my car is new. It caused a problem. and said I couldnt pass. It forced me to pay an expense close to the amount we agreed upon. I wouldnt even go here to inflate tires again.

Owner charged me for one item, sold me another, then refused to refund my purchase even with a receipt. Will not return

Worst gas Station I have been to zero customer service.

Mostly I go here because its close, and the cost is decent. Theres usually at least 1 pump that isnt working properly.

Terrible service. Air pump didn’t work and asked for my change back. Attendant was very rude and refused to give me my change back he claimed the machine didn’t belong to BP. Tried to call the manager and it’s a wrong number. Won’t be coming back here.

NEVER EVER come to get gas or service here if you want to stay alive! Just stopped to get any gas, no signs, I go inside to ask him he tells me to go out the signs myself. My reply is that it is his job. In response I get verbal abuse from him. Then tell him to go ... himself. Then the guy started to threatening how he was going to kill me...Called police and filed a report of the owner to verbally assault with intent to kill. Also the officer was kind enough to follow to the nearest gas station in case I am stock on the road.01/25/2016PS It is on the record buddy!
