Lack of communication skills especially when trying to return the equipment. They will call you everyday if you are late but wont call and keep you informed when trying to return merchandise. What I mean exactly is that I setup a time and day in order for them to pick up items, and instead of them calling saying that they were behind I had to call them (even when I told that Ive have other commitments).
