This is not a Firestone store. It is Midtown Tire & Auto. Very friendly store I was greeted with a smile. I spent about 45 minutes having a tire sensor replaced. I will return the next time I purchase tires. Recommend to all friends and family.

Ive been able to get good, reliable service here. I base my opinion at this point on getting accurate advice about my car. When l need two (2) opinions I go in to my dealerships mechanic. They say the exact same thing Firestone says. This leads me to believe Firestone has excellent service technicians, and service representatives.

Excellent device from your representative Mr. Al ! Front, bearing etc all fixed in 2 days. We would recommend Firestone to all who need honest Vehicle work !!

The tires I wanted were in stock and their shop took good care of my vehicle.

Outstanding. Took in my fleet vehicle and they took care of everything. New wiper blades. Found screw in slow leak tire and repaired it. Checked every belt and filter. Excellent service.

Do not go here! Took 2 and half hours. Drained my oil and did not put oil back in it. Ran my truck for 15 minutes with no oil or oil cap on my motor. Terrible service. Now I’m in need of a new motor. This place makes me sick to my stomach

Horrible experience. Waited three hours for a oil change. Then when i thought it was all done an ready for me to go, i find out they drained my oil, put none back in, then ran my car for 15 minutes. My motor is probably shot to hell now, but are they trying to replace it? NOPE. Don’t come here for a oil change unless you’re ready to hire a lawyer like me

They were able to take care of our A/C issue without any problems...which was good since we were only in Arkansas for a day to visit family

They went in my car without reason, they were supposed to be fixing the outside of my car and they took out the light in my car Roof. My friend left his book bag in the car and it was there when I turned the car in but it was gone when I picked the car up. When I asked about this I was told they had no reason to go in the car and no one was in there but IF THATS THE CASE WHO TOOK OUT THE LIGHT BULB FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CAR. AND WHO STOLE THE BOOK BAG. After dong my research and talking to mechanics I FOUND OUT THAT THEY OVERCHARGED ME 200$. I will NEVER EVER EVER SOLICIT THEIR SERVICES AND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD.

You pay for things you dont get. Take your car there to get something fixed and pay for it, and it will be worse than when you dropped it off. Take it to a different mechanic the exact same day and theyll tell you and prove that this Firestone shop are crooks.If you dont know much about cars, dont go here or go with someone that knows cars. Be ready to call their corporate office if you go here.

Friendly service and dont try and sell you something you dont need

This was the worst experience Ive ever had in my life. It took them 6 hours to change my tires. Not only that, they had four people working, and a line of people pissed off just like me and I mean a line. I will never ever go back there. Absolutely terrible customer service, the sorest Ive ever seen in my life literally.

Called first and gave them the info on truck and tire size. They said they had the tires I wanted in stock. Drove 1.5 hours there and they said they wouldnt work on my truck. Chose another set and they said they could have them there the next day. Drove 1.5 hours home. Got up the next morning and called and was told the tires were there. Drove 1.5 hours there and they told me they wouldnt work cause they werent load E rated tires. Chose another set but they only had 3 in stock. Guy said he could go get the 4th one and it would take him about 45 minutes. 2.5 hours later he returned with the tire. Then told me there was no milage warranty on the tires. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for over 25 years. But this fiasco and the distance to get there has left a bad taste in my mouth that will not soon be cleared. I guess its back to Goodyear for me. Thats quite a bit of business from a 3 car family..... One bad experience can lose a basically lifetime customer... Very unprofessional... I used to use the Firestone in El Dorado till it closed and had to return numerous times because the guy didnt know how to balance the tires on another truck I had....Never had these problems in other states......

Told me they had my size tires there. I drove several miles to get there to be told they didnt have any there. They should check for sure before telling someone they do have them. Bought my last set there the primewell valera ht and they wore pretty fast.

The customer service is great the young lady at the front desk is really nice.....looking forward to my next visit!!

It was terrible I was there for over three hours getting four tires on my truck. There was five people that came in after I did that was in and out in less than an hour. I was the only one there in the beginning but I was the last to leave. I will not be going back to have anything done to my vehicle again. I will not be recommend Firestone to any of my friends or family.

Very nice manager and employees. had a bad blow out on our rv when traveling through and they got us right in and on our way with in an hour

Needed two car batteries. Called ahead to make sure they were open. Drove from out of town to the middle of Pine Bluff only to be told they were out of batteries.

5 hours to get 2 tires. There were only three people in the waiting room. Store closes at 6pm. They held all of us there until 7pm.

I always have a 2-4 hrs wait

Only problem is they are very slow. Took them almost two hours to put a set of tires on.

Slow service if they can even get to you and not sure if anyone in there is certified. 4 hours for new tires, nothing.......guy says 1 more hour after I was told it would take a couple hours. Dude thats 5 hours......drop my truck so I can go
