Service department has had my truck for a week now. Had to call or go by to get updates on repairs as of 4 days ago they were supposed to put new upper and lower control arms and both front drive axes in my truck. Thursday 3days later I havent heard from or gotten an update on the status of the repairs on my truck. They did however get the warranty inspector come in and approve the upper and lower control arms. Was called shortly after I posted the first part of my review this morning and informed my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. Overall job well done. Communication is the only issue I had. Thank you for the good work on my vehicle.

A yellow sensor light came on. I called and was told I could come in immediately. Attention to my needs was quick! I was in and out in a matter of minutes!

Made a appointment for recall on low pressure fuel pump & a multi-point service inspection on our 2019 Highlander. Joseph, service advisor, was friendly & courteous in our discussion about what our appointment would cover. Recall on fuel pump was completed in less time than notice advised that it would take along with service inspection. Technicians who serviced our vehicle tidied up our “stuff” that we left in the 1st & 2nd row seat & placed it neatly in the back!

Staff personnel are efficient and knowledgeable. Its always a pleasant experience. They work hard to keep the customers happy.

Made an appointment for 20k service a week in advance. Dropped off right before they opened at 7:30. No one was there yet. Called at 7:45 to let them know it was parked right there near the service door. Went to pick up at 4:30 and it was sitting right where I left it. Not been touched. Needless to say I was annoyed and ready to go home. They offered to complete right then and I let them but still annoyed.

Called service department at 11:30a today for oil change and tire rotation. Joseph was very polite and got me right in. It was not a long wait and he found me a discount for the service I received. My family have 5 car to get oil change and service at trotter for years, but every time they make confusing about the bill . Overall, all way higher than any where else . When we brought the car in, they tell me different price with when I checked out, beside part + labor they charge for shop supplies ( with about 10%) . I question on it, but I couldn’t get good answer . Recently, I have oil change and flat tire leak fix, they charge around 135$ . Right after I got home, the tire still leak ( what I paid 28$ for??) . I love Toyota and would support it but I wish your tell customers everything accurate and clearly about costs before get them done . Myself lesson, will get estimates, second opinion with some where else . Thanks !

I took my 2017 Tacoma in for the 30,000 mile service. They took my truck in as soon as I arrived and got it done quickly. Thanks for the good service. Hi, Greetings.I have a bad experience yesterday. I requested the guy sitting at the front desk of service center, Toyota to do oil change and tire rotation and put some air into my car tires. He estimated me the initial cost was $ 100 + tax. But when I went to pay the bill after finishing the servicing, he had given me a bill $131. I was absolutely surprised to see this additional $31 as a tax. After asking the $31, he was telling that $9 was for additional parts + total tax. Later when I asked for parts name, then his colleagues from the side desk told that those parts bill was for some one else, not for me. Absolutely surprised. Anyway. Things corrected. But he did not put any air in my tires. Quite frustrated to see his service. Thanks

I’ve never really had a problem before and always received good service, went in for an oil change, tire rotation and standard 20k maintenance on 5/24/19. A small hole was located in the rear drivers side tire. Upon hearing it was best to replace and not plug, I ordered a brand new tire. Scheduled to be replaced the following week on 5/30/19. Total cost after mount and balance was in the area of $245. When I took the vehicle in for it’s scheduled 7:30 AM appointment on 5/30/19. I told the girl writing the ticket it was in there six days ago, I’m here to replace the tire but they were rotated the week before so she would have to look in my file to see which one it was since they failed to mark it the week before. Needless to say they swapped a perfectly good tire out with a brand new one and left the one with a hole in it on my vehicle. I have contacted the parts department and the service department multiple times in the last two weeks and the service manager refuses to get back with me to even address this issue. I will not be coming back to Trotter anymore if this is how they treat their “Valued Customers”

Took 1 hour and 20 minutes for an oil Change. I was the only one sitting in the waiting area the whole time. Told the young lady after an hour how long it had been. She went and checked said they were through and were moving it out now. Waited 15 more minutes then I got up and looked through the window into the garage and there sat my truck with no one around it. I asked the young lady again and she said she would check again. Came back and said they were moving out now. After that the man at desk said I needed front brake pads and your company would do it for $228.00. I thought to myself really you took 1 hour and 20 minutes and now you want my business, and not only my business but quoted an outrageous price. I will pass. Thank You

Our Camry was purchased at Trotter and when I get an oil change the pricing is always different. All other cars I have purchased have had a life time oil change. But this one did not only the first 3 or 30,000 miles. I try to buy locally especially when making a big purchase to help our local economy. I’m not pleased with the pricing of oil changes. General service is OK

When I arrived the hostess greeted me. She told me based on my mileage I would have to start paying for them. I told her my concerns and she had me sign while stating they would take a look at it. About 35-45 mins later my car came back out. She stated everything looked good! I paid and drove off!
