We had an appointment at 3:00pm which we arrived about 30 minutes early, and we still were left waiting for 2 hours before anyone would even talk to us. The counter guy just kept saying all the bays are full right now. If my car would have been able to start, we would have left. Never again will they get my business.

I took my 2012 Hundai Sonata in because I could not get my CD to eject, which had my radio shut down also. The representative told me my whole system would have to be taken apart and put back together, to the tune of about $300.00.I was advised by someone else to contact my dealer for whatever options I might have had. The dealer told me if I unplugged my battery, this would reset the system, releasing the CD. It worked to the tune of $00.00.Now, you cannot tell me that Stereo Junction did not already know this,and would probably have done it the same way. This was just over a year ago.I called in today for an estimate on speaker installations. I had already gotten an estimate from a North Little Rock business of $220.00. Why is Stereo Junctions estimate for the exact same job $600.00 or more?I have solid trust issues with the business.

Very fair prices and excellent custom installs. I’ve had multiple stereos installed, light bars on my truck, remote start on A couple of cars and my Gator side by side, sound bars, radio detectors, and more.

Prices are ok

Had a problem,(whining of radio) they fixed it which was good. However when they fixed what was wrong it created another problem . They tried telling me my speakers went out which isnt true . So I came back the next day & the person who fixes the radio (dark hair, kind of young)acted like he had a problem with me bringing my car back to get looked at. His body language said it all and his slamming of my car door just added on. They expected me to pay an additional 40 dollars to fix this problem they created. No thanks Ill go somewhere else. My problem is the amount of rudeness I experienced in this establishment for something that was simply not my fault is ridiculous.

Friendly staff. Had them put in speakers and double din, subwoofer and amp into my vehicle. Bought a 5 channel amp for the 4 speakers in my vehicle and sub. Tech wired trunk speaker to amp and not door speakers. Had dummy wires running out 2 of the channels in the amp to deceive anyone not paying close enough attention. Also I believe they have a male cat in shop. I had a duffle bag in car with some clothes the tech took out and set down the duffle bag in the shop, Cat ended up spraying on my duffle bag and shirts were trash couldn’t get the smell out. I wouldn’t go back or recommend bad experience. Again friendly staff.
