The sales associate was rude and acted put out. My husband specifically went in to look at a Galaxy S21. I asked, what was the new Note was I have a Note 8. She said a Note 20. She had pointed out to him supposedly the S21 and he was looking at it because of the camera and large screen. She goes to get it and returns with the rose color thats all they had, and began the purchase. I realized it was a Note 20. I said, wait he wanted the S21. He said this is it, I told him this is the Note 20 the one I wanted. I asked her to show him the S21 to make sure its what he wanted. She huffed and said, I did show him this is what he picked out. No you never showed us the S21 and you told me the Note 20 was on back order. She never conversed with us, she went through the motions of entering info into the computer and after we agreed on the phone and paid the $130 she hands use the receipt and says do you want anything else? Yes show us how the phone works, what are the new features? We have an 8. She showed us how to turn it on and said its like your Note 8 just the cameras different. We wanted a Otter Box and they didnt have any. So we left. She was not informative or friendly, my opinion shes in the wrong line of work.

CSR Rosalyn was one of the most professional individuals I have ever interacted with! Her overall attention to detail and her upfront demeanor assured me that I was making the BEST CHOICE by the absolute dollar!

I was greeted by the Assistant Manager, Alex. He was helpful and very kind. I didn’t have to wait long David, the manager, had to help me (instead of taking lunch) because they were extremely busy!! He was very helpful and SAVED ME MONEY! I have to say that I’ve never met anyone in sales and service that’s actually saved me money!! He was kind, very courteous and assisted me with everything I asked him to and my list was long. I HIGHLY recommend this store!! I’ll never go anywhere else. David saved me a trip to Little Rock!

Every time that I come in or talk to them, I have a very pleasant experience. They are friendly and always have a smile on their face. Always willing to help anyone that come. Rosalyn has good patience you especially with a senior citizen(old folk) and I just enjoyed being with AT&T for years. It was great. The people were real helpful at explaining as I’m not computer savvy with anything. The manager David checked me in at the front, Rosalyn helped me and was very patient with an old lady. They had their mask on, gave me discounts, and offered me everything that I could get. THE store was clean, they were well dressed, and made me feel like family. I love this store!

First time I had been to this location (28th Street in Pine Bluff, AR). Did not have to wait more than one or two minutes. All personal were very courteous, professional & helpful. Lynnae was extremely knowledgeable by explaining the various upgrade models of iPhones, the differences, costs and tips. I couldn’t remember my iCloud password and my old iPhone was “fried”, so accessing it to upload its information into the new 12Pro was not looking good. She went with a “work-around” and finally we were in business to down load! Superior customer service.

We had a great experience with Lynn and David (Manager). We placed an order for an added line on the phone but it got a missed up. When we came into the store they fixed it expeditiously and efficiently. Glad we stopped in!!!!

Alex fixed the number sync problem. I was on the phone upset and came into the store mad and cussing but Alex calmed me down. I apologized to him and the other employees because I know he only tried to help. The store manager David came out and also helped to calm me down. They were so nice and I will come into the store to get help instead of being on the phone. The store was clean, the wiped everything down after the customers, and treated everyone with respect.

Rosalyn is amazing! She has been assisting our family with cell phones and services for more than twenty years. She’s always accommodating and a great problem solver. In my opinion, this store location is blessed to have her as an employee.

Upon entering the store I was greeting by several customer service representatives. I was asked for my name and was checked into the database. The customer service representative waited on me and was very polite. He was patient and also helped me with the best deal that was available. Today my overall experience was excellent.
