I use to really love shopping at this Wal-Mart in Pine Bluff that I use to call Wolly World but I find myself going to Monticello or Little Rock because of the fact that this one is totally do it yourself. Ive had COVID-19 twice and not only is my breathing off but I get really tired so quick.By the time Ive walked around the store to select the items that I need to purchase, Im already give out!So the fact that I have to stand in a long line just to be directed to a check out area to scan and bag my own items is overwhelming!Heck, Im down right out of breath, mentally and physically exhausted by the time I have finished.I find myself asking the Lord for help. Not only for me but please help the Elderly and the ones that are truly disabled because like myself they too have to drive 35 plus miles just to shop like I do.After I shop for my items, scan my items, bag my own items, pay for my items, push the cart to my car, unload the cart, place items in my trunk, and drive 35 miles home only to unload again.....😫😩😫 ZONKED ON EVERY SINGLE LEVEL...🤷🏾‍♀️

Curbside service was delayed last night then cancelled my order saying it was my fault. so, I reordered and it was delayed again today.

I was surprised (not terribly) at the rise in some prices, but its everywhere now. There were some empty places but that is the normal now too. They did have pleasent, helpful employees.

They need to keep their UAPB attire stocked.

The grocery pick-up always has at least a 30 minute to a hour wait. If you are paying with cash you better be prepared to stand in line at least 30 minutes because they only have one cashier and the self checkouts only take cards. I use to enjoy getting my pick up orders now its ridiculous.

They only have 2 check out lines that are staffed. The rest is self-check out. When it’s rush and your trying to get home, it’s a real bummer! Wal-Mart could do much better. Plus by adding all the self checkout lanes, they took jobs away from people. I don’t think that was a good call on their part. Just my opinion though😊

I used SELF checkout so Im giving myself 5 stars. 😆 Checkout was fast & easy. The cashier (me 😏) was very nice & friendly. I did a great job. I had 0 interaction with paid staff.

I have parked my truck and shopped at this Walmart several times but on 10/27 I tried to park and the truck spaced were blocked with cars and there were signs that read No truck parkingIs this store doing away with truck parking. There isnt enough truck parking in this area. We need the spaces.

Generally a good store, but it is the only place in town and they seem to know it. Over all, they had a good selection and good stock of products. This was the best Walmart store we visited on our week-long trip.

I have a foster child who has never had a birthday party before. I went to Walmart to pick up her birthday cake and the order was wrong. When i told the manager in the department she got an attitude and asked me what did i want her to do about it . I told her she could throw in cup cakes or something to make it right. I was still going to have to still buy sprinkles to make it. They wouldnt do that. They said they would give me 5.00 off which would not cover the cost of me having to fix their mistakes. Anytime you go to Walmart in pine bluff this is what you have yo deal with. I definitely wont be back and neither will anyone in my family.

Walmart or the Big Box as some call it, is a complete shop for everything store. Its easy to lose track of time browsing and talking. The new self checkout is good, if youre not doing real grocery shopping. lol Plenty of complaints about the new self checkout service.

Walmart is not a good place to shop or work because certain people of color can do whatever they want miss days talk on their cell phones while checking people out unfriendly door greeter department managers are allowed to fire people wow Nope I have never been fired from Stuttgart Arkansas Walmart. Corporate people apparently dont have good eye sight because there is nothing on the shelf and the department example means wear is a total wreck clothes laying around and over the rack packages of socks opened up like someone stole what they wanted left the rest. This is what blew my mind they Hired a girl back who they caught stealing last year and fired but she is back working this week?? Please explain that to me Corporate office

Its Walmart so not much of a review to write. Its always busy and theres never parking. Other than that the lines are quick and veggies are usually fresh.

This Walmart is almost all self service. I dont really know how I feel about that. Why do I have to check myself out? But I did get a quiche there and it was pretty good.

Best place to see your job being replaced. (Honest hard working YOU). Never fails to show us the future, work for free. (Not only do you not see attendands when you have questions but you bag your own purchases at your own time and cost, but dont dare to make a mistake, you will be charged with shoplifting! and so dont complain how slow you are at the register. ) They have a huge selection of everyday needs. (except what you are looking for) Its Almost like the dollar store but with out cashiers. (at least at the dollar store you eventually find one). Bring back the people! cashiers and floor assistants!!!!

Great experience almost every time! New signage and updates really freshened up this location, along with the fresh parking lot paint and crosswalks.The only things that annoy me (and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) are: the rude woman that YELLS cash or card at you when you go into the self-checkout area, having so few checkers at regular check-outs, NOT getting a discount for ringing myself up, and merchandise sometimes being out of stock.

This store was messy. To many carts from the back sitting alone in the way. Clothes not even folded...and only 2 cashiers...nobody likes the self served check outs...stop taking money out of cashiers pockets..Too Tooo bad that the real owner past away in the 80s...Walmart meet something then...now its no respect for the customers or employees...

I have been outside in 95 degree heat for 48 minutes waiting on my pick up order. That said it was ready over an hour and half ago.When I got her number on building no one would answer. Called the store and no one would answer for pick up. Finally someone came outside and I was able to tell them I was here to pick up my order.

Its Wal-Mart. What do I expect? Better than this. My pickup order got lost in the shuffle, I guess. Waste of time for me.

I just spent 270.00 plus dollars in groceries and supplies, not only did I have to ring up my merchandise, sacket it and take out to my car. What is my benefit of using Walmart. The convenience just isnt there any longer for me.

For the last year Ive been pick up order only, last time I went into the store l, cashiers had become extinct, its all self service. Except when you need an item locked up,then theres a problem finding help. I think if they are taking human Interaction away they should make customer service available more.

This Walmart is about the same any other one you may go to. Ive on the occassion been helped by very attentive staff. Ive also had moment where Ive been frustrated with the lack of staff. Overall it is a typical Walmart. The store is relatively clean, and they typically have what Im shopping for.

Just did a grocery pick up order. Short wait time.Very pleasant and courteous young man loaded my groceries and made small talk.

We went looking for tires for our truck size 235/75-r15. When I asked the woman in automotive, she corrected me saying 230/75-r15 which they didnt have. We bought the size I requested at a small local shop for $110 each. Sorry Walmart. Big fail on stock and customer service again.

It was very hot every time I go in there and it makes me not want to shop there. No one wants to help u.

I have a love/hate relationship with this place. Half of the time they have nothing that Im looking for, basic stuff, like everyday items. And who knows how long it will be before they have it on the shelves again.

My experience shopping at our Super Center Wal-mart was Great !! Our super Center Wal-mart has been remolded. So it was a little more walking quite a bit in the store trying to find my favorite items due to removing them because of the remolding of the store.But things are set in place now in the store and Im learning where the items are. The Super Center has more space now the floors are shining and clean. The entire Super Center is very clean and I like that. Clerks are standing by to assist me and direct me to which self out register is accepting cards or cash.We seem to have more items in our Super Center now also.Thank you.R. H.

Nice place to shop because you can get everything you need from in the store, and you dont have to run around from store to store trying to find everything you need! The prices are soaring here now especially since the pandemic began but it is a nice, convenient and friendly place to shop, and you run into people you havent seen in quite a while. Great place to hang out and socialize to!

I had a normal day-to-day shopping experience at Walmart today. Everything was going very well until after I checked and was walking out the door. The Walmart associate checked our receipt and cleared us. Another white male employee comes running up behind us acting like we were stealing. Thank God the other associate immediately stopped him. But they really need to have better eyes on the floor because apparently he wasnt paying attention and almost lost my business for good.

As Walmart goes, thus one is pretty good. Parking close not often a option and crowd size is usually medium to high, but the staff is mostly friendly and helpful.

Could not find what I needed. Couldnt get help. No checkers anymore blows. Shop for elderly. Had to haul everything in the rain.

Clientele look fresh out of a Jerry Springer casting call. Usually witness at least one dispute from loud trash here. Do yourself a favor, drive to Sheridan to shop.

They do not honor appointments after they are made. Basic English and respect are severly lacking. Unqualified individuals working in every department. Dishonet, disrepectful, and horribly lacking in customer service. This entire complex needs to be rehired and rehabed. Shame shame. Maybe even a basic English speaking proficiency test, with an IQ test, and active store employee monitors. This store needs to be tamed and highly disciplined.

Used their auto shop for a tire replacement as they were the only ones open on Sunday. The tire isnt balanced correctly but they did good because it got me through the rest of my journey of 320 miles. Id say thats at least worth 4 stars

I came to this store to do some grocery shopping. I like the MANY different products this store carries. I needed help finding a few items and each time the workers were helpful. The store was spacious and clean. UPDATE shopped on Nov. 2nd, they already had Christmas ice cream!

The stars got to the people who helped me not the store.. Had a couple people help me get what I needed. But when I started to check out, They had NO check outs with people it was all computerized. Such shame that all these people have lost their jobs. I have shopped here many time but I will NOT come back. If I have to deal with computers and If I cant talk to humans I will just stay home. I feel so sorry for all the familys that lost their jobs because of this. This is just heart breaking.

It was really crowded and they are rearranging the store, so nothing is where it usually is. Im sure when they get done with it it will be great, but right now, its chaos. Also, there were zero carts (to ride in). Luckily, Im healing up nicely from foot surgery and was able to walk it, but if I hadnt I would have been in trouble.

Very well laid out. Conviently located. Fantastic employees. Its bright and clean. They are keeping up on covid19 standards for the safety of their customers. If you are ever in Pine Bluff and find yourself needing something, I highly recommend stopping in.

Went to the automotive department not only were they rude they were very disorganized typed up the wrong Bill tried to give me keys to somebody elses car lost my car key the store was gross very cluttered everybody was very rude. Most ghetto Walmart Ive ever been to.

Lets face it all Walmarts are struggling with supply so none are great right now. Chances are they dont have what youre looking for due to no fault of their own.

They were very helpful today when I needed a pickup order faster than the scheduled time. They also have good selection of items, and I feel like they do pretty well handling large crowds of people like there was today in preparation of the snowstorm. That said, I think Pine Bluff is too big to just have one Walmart. They really could use another one, even if it’s in White Hall.

This is my first time visiting Arkansas and I picked the Pine Bluff Walmart because its close to my sister it was pretty much the same as all the rest of the Walmart pretty clean the only thing that I didnt like people are struggling with a jobs and they had about 30 self-serve checkout lines and only four or should I say eight where they check you out and no ones there working they wanted everybody to go to the self-serve people need jobs get ready to self serve

I spent 140 $ on a vacume today just to get it home and discover when I opened it that it was used and missing pieces . When i tried to return it it a few hours later I was informed that they wont take it back bc it was used and missing pieces . . I would not have spent 140$ on a used item i cant even wrap my head around it it .

The Pine Bluff Walmart is ridiculous! There are too many workers that are rude and hateful. There are never enough people checking. All of that being said, there are several workers that are extremely friendly and helpful. Another issue is that, the stock is always low. Im sure its because our store services so many people, but its very frustrating. I normally buy most things I need from Dollar General or on Amazon
