I give Staples 2 stars because Staples had what I was looking to buy, but service is a zero. I could not find what I was looking for and could not find a sales person. Would have been nice if someone could have greater me and directed me to area of store. I looked for a while, then went looking for someone help me. Took me twice as long as it should to complete my shopping at Staples.
The very professional and really nice, and helpful lady that assisted was Tequinta, in the Printing Department. She was so great at her job! She is to be commended in a great way for making my visit/purchase at Staples on 4/5/2021 such a great and easy experience! She gave me a survey web address, but it didnt work, so I wanted to find some way to let everyone know about Tequinta, and the Staples in Pine Bluff, AR; thank you Tequinta! In Christ Alone, David
I gave them a 3 because normally they are good about helping customers in the store; especially Brandon. During the busiest Back to School time of the year, they had no one available in Print and Marketing on a Saturday.
I went in to get some copies ran off, but I had to email them to the store( it was on my phone). The little girl( because thats exactly how she acted) said she didnt see that the email had been sent, only to walk off and not to be seen again!! But thanks to Quick copy and their profession staff I was in and out within seconds!!!
First time in the store, normally do shop at staples. I was sending a package through the UPS Service. The employees was very friendly and had no problems helping me to find what I was looking for and the process of shipping was so easy.
Im old and not very computer wise and I needed my resume on a flash drive so I went to staples. Walk in and tequinta greeted me and took care of my problem and Im glad i did. Miss Jackson took care of all my problems. Need more ladies like her. Thank god for Miss Jackson

The store was clean and appeared to be well stocked but the one employee I could find on the floor when I had a question was hard to get his attention because of the ear buds in his ears listening to music so more employees on the floor and/one that can hear you would be helpful
It was the best and the tablet at low prices I would love to get school supplies and more from there So hope to see you again.!

I turned in eleven used cartridges but this time I did not get a discount on my new cartridges and I least spent $200 Im replacing new cartridges so I was not satisfied at all
