Went in to purchase birthday flowers for a family friend. Florist was very willing to accommodate my requests although floral assortments are limited nowadays. Also, pricing was competitive. When the arrangement was delivered, our friend was very pleased and overjoyed with the delivery.

I ignored the negative comments and placed an online order for sympathy flowers on a Wednesday morning for delivery on Thursday ahead of my Aunt’s Friday morning funeral in Pine Bluff. The flowers were not delivered to the funeral home! When I called Small Florist to inquire about my order, the woman who answered the phone was rude and not helpful. She put me on hold and Mr. Small came to the phone. They kept insisting that I had not placed an order with them. I read to them everything on the confirmation email I received when I placed the order online, including the order number. He finally checked and found my order totally unprocessed! He wanted to make the Pink Tribute Spray and deliver to my cousins home, the funeral and burial was over at this time. I asked Mr. Small to cancel the orderand destroy my MasterCard information. The difficult time I was experiencing was made more difficult by Small Florist!

Try another florist! You may get something different from what you wanted and paid for. No communication if they make changes.
