Went in to get a Chain for my chainsaw and had forgotten the number for it. The salesman was patient and very helpful. This place is amazing and always has what I need. The people are very knowledgeable and its great having the personal interaction.

Chapel Hardware has a great product selection, but so does every other Stihl and Gravely dealer in the nation. If youre going here for customer service I highly recommend you go elsewhere. The actual staff is always very helpful, but the owner is rude and arrogant. I dropped a weed eater off to them a while back for repair. Unbeknownst to me it was 2 days out of warranty. Instead of calling me to confirm the warranty status like I asked they chose to repair it without approval. They then let it sit for almost 4 weeks. I did not want to bother them because they said they were backed up on repairs. When I did call they let me know it was ready and had been for weeks. When I arrived on site and asked the owner why they repaired it before calling me like I asked he informed me that he did not have time to call customers. More recently I had my wife bring in some chainsaw chains for them to sharpen. The owner told her it would be at least a week before they could get to them. This statement was made while he sat at his little table reading the paper and not actively working or assisting the other non-existent customers in the store. So, if youre looking for customer service youll sadly have to support a local business in White Hall or Sheridan instead of Pine Bluff when it comes to hardware stores or Stihl/Gravely dealers.

I will not do business here ever again,Personnel is rude and they lied to me twice about when my chainsaw would be repaired-I picked my chainsaw up and am taking it to a better repair facility in North Little Rock-Dont waste your time on their service.
