Son goes to school in b Pine Bluff Ar. Used this location during the last break. Went here and checked the place out it is actually very clean and well organized. Found the employees Here to be nice as well we will use again during next break.

Management is horrible. She’s rude, and frankly unprofessional and upper management isn’t much better. I’ve never understood how someone could treat others so mean. It’s very sad.

No waiting, courteous staff. We pulled up and did not have to do anything but turn in the keys.Expensive rental but necessary.

I moved my furnishings one weekend. Unaware that if you dont have extended hours entrance, you cannot enter the building, without paying an additional fee (upfront). I was told this information, but didnt quite understand the consequences, if you know what I mean. I thought that they would just bill you that amount on your storage bill. I was unable to enter the building after normal business hours. I saw a number listed on the outside window and called. The manager, Allison told me she would be there in about 10 minutes, well she was there. She was a GODSENT. Not often you find INDIVIDUALS who do what they say this day and time, but Allison was RIGHT ON TIME as she promised. Because I live out of town and leaving that evening, it was imperative that I finished my storing that day. I thanked her and made my scheduled leave as agreed. MY HERO... Thanks Allison.

Great, friendly and very helpful. Allison has amazing customer service. I will definitely refer this location to ANYONE who has moving needs.
