I bought my refrigerator in March its not working right i ask them to come fix it they came out couldnt fix the problem so they said when the part comes in theyll fix it. Its been 2 months I call them and nobody answers the phone . I wont buy anything from them again and I wouldnt suggest anyone else buy from there either . I left a bunch of messages and nobody called me back . I have a warranty and they still havent returned my calls or replaced my refrigerator. Maybe theyll respond from my review

Had a great experience with Appliance pro ! Specifically with Roy . We purchased an oven/microwave combo (which is hard to find ) . Roy was very attentive and kept In touch with us. We ended up replacing one of the dented doors . Roy made the process way easier then we thought he ordered it for us, installed it and called us when it was ready . The price was unbeatable, we searched in a few places before coming back here. Overall it was a pleasant transaction and Roy played a huge role in that . Thank you again !

Purchased a fridge a year ago and today the fridge no longer works . When trying to contact the store, someone keeps hanging up. Finally I decided to drive to the store to personally speak to someone .Once arriving and explaining my story the young man was eager to help. I was able to find a fridge (that I absolutely love) and he worked out a deal because of my previous fridge. Additionally, it came with a manufacturer warranty good for one year. Overall, I’m pleased with the outcome and how the situation was corrected. I have already recommended them to another colleague of mine .....

Well I tried to move my stove! Door came off in my hand! Call Appliance Pro Roy drove to my house, in the dark, had to take door apart to get back on! Great job. Very nice guy and knows hiz ztuff!!
