Is always clean and the the staff of the seafood department is on point. They genuinely ask and offer their help. I was impressed by the service. So congratulations to Publix and the gentleman that offer me his help. He is Cuban. I dont remember his name. But he deserves to be recognized. 👍🏼

Good morning went to the Publix I love they had a slight power outage this morning anyway I was greeted with no hesitation by Yalina in fresh fruit she greeted me with the best customer service ever and I didn’t ask for anything, thank you Yalina. My check out was awful Mandy didn’t say a word to me and she folded my receipt handed it to me with her back turned to the service desk no have a good day or even bye 🤦🏾‍♀️. A young lady asked her for an override at her register. Mandy you never know who might come into your presence. It was to be 5stars until the end results

I bought a sub sandwich and the young lady was in no mood to help me. Why hire people who have no desire to work. All I wanted was a plain sub on white bread. Of course no white bread and didn’t bother to check if bakery had any bread.

This week we bought a steak at this Publix and paid over $19.00 a lb. for the meat. We decided to buy one steak and split it since it was so expensive/When it came to eating it the meat was so tough that neither of us could chew all the meat and had to toss out part of the steak. We will not make this mistake again since there are many other markets in the area where you can buy a decent piece of meat.

This is quite possibly the friendliest team of any Publix Ive been to! Everyone so friendly, with hellos and good morning. Most people, particularly in Miami, are not that forthcoming! Look forward to returning!

There is nothing wrong with the store. However as a customer I only shop there when I have to get a prescription filled. The parking lot is to small ever since the Pollo was built and I Dont like the layout of the store . And of course due to the size of the store they do dot carry all the items I am used to in the white house.

It is now over a year that we have been battling Covid-19. We all can understand during the onset of the pandemic back in Spring of 2020 consumers were buying grocery products left and right which cause shortages due to the demand coupled with the fact that all manufacturers and companies could not keep up with the demand. I’ve been a customer at this store since the opening. But not only Covid has had an impact on this store with the shortage. It’s been the Manger at this store Elliott Rodriguez who has negatively effected this store. The previous manager was on top of things and new how to provide service the Publix way. If you go into this store, there is always a shortage in produce and meat department not to mention other areas. It’s been brought up to his attention and the assistant managers. He continues to blame their POS system which tracks inventory and all its historical data and auto orders merchandise. As a Publix customer, I’ve noticed the level of service from all aspects at this store is eroding rapidly. He also blames Covid for shortages. If that’s the case, So why is it that Milan’s which is about 10 blocks north and 15 Whole-foods which is 15 blocks away not also have the same shortages. More importantly, why is it that the other near by Publix store are not experiencing these shortages and the managers there have made sure their customers are well serviced? Maybe it’s about time Mr. Elliott Rodriguez come out of his office and get a reality check on things by making sure their are no lines at the registers and the aisle and produce department are well stocked and maintained. It’s a shame that in such an affluent neighborhood Publix does not take corrective action to make sure this store is properly managed and restored to how it should be managed. Consumers understand that Publix has the market share and market in Florida especially in Miami and surrounding areas, but they need to realize their are other chain stores like Milan’s and Whole Foods, not to mention Sedano’s, Walmart and Target who are competing and gaining market share because of experiences at Publix like their Pinecrest store.

No exit to head south on Dixie Hwy.But the store is very nice and fairly well stocked. No Clorox or Lysol cleaning wipes but most of the shelves were well stocked.

ALEX and staff here, especially on the weekends make sure that shopping is a pleasure . Wonderful improvement overall and I look forward to shopping here as my automatic go to store. ( I live close to three of them and this is the closest and now is the Publix of CHOICE )

I have been a Publix customer for many years, I love this location, but the last two weeks found a couple of things I did not like it.I went for fruits and basically the shelves were almost empty. I saw a fly inside the sea food display fridge and the same week I found an eye lash in a deli product .I believe they need more quality control supervision.

Nice place. Prices are about the same as the other publix in the area. Bathrooms clean and plenty of parking.

I going to buy a sushi I pay 10.99 and was bad very bad. I eat the same sushi in homestead and is very good, I dont recommend buy sushi in this location

This is without the doubt, the best run Publix in the city. Their meat section is a cut above the rest. A huge cut above, no pun intended. They have better fish. The is superior. The people are also nicer, particularly in the deli. Not that theyre not nice where I go. Its just better organized here. That is where you really see the difference. Even their prepared foods are better. Then again, it is the area. Theyre genuinely nice. It doesnt seem fake. I forgot the guys name that helped me and uncle yesterday, but Im sure if he reads this, hell know. The Publix at Dadeland is nice also, but this is less chaotic. Honestly, its worth driving a few extra miles to come here than going to some of other Publix stores Ive been to.

I love this Publix. All the associates are very friendly and helpful, especially Katie. The selection is always great, the place is clean and the pre-made foods and bakery items are delicious. Lots of good fresh food. This Publix is amazing. So grateful it is close to my house.

Went into this store and felt very uncomfortable. So much tension in the store, you couldnt even cut it with a knife. I guess people of my race doesnt really shop at this store. As soon after walking inside I was followed around. So I went to the restroom. This place needs to be reevaluated on the performance when it comes to customer service. It shouldnt matter how a person looks. We all should be treated as equal, especially when the money is the same color green.Racism is really Real.

I move publix. Aisle are super clean. Easy to find what you need. Only cashiers are not that fast and bag boys are never around when you need them.

Had a great experience at the pharmacy last year with our flu shot. Came back again this year and was turned away by a very rude pharmacy employee who said he has been giving flu shots all day and is behind on refills, that it would take over an hour to administer shots.

The products and what I bought were great...my cashier and wrapper was awesome, but another person was rude. Dont know if shes a supervisor or what, didnt get her name, of which I can, but here it is I was being pretty jovial with the wrapper when she jumped right in, not knowing what the root of our conversation of which she was totally off beat. I did not entertain her and walked away. My wife even asked me what was her problem... Anyway, that will not deter me from shopping there. I worked for Publix in the past and we were not allowed to treat any customer badly and this man 👨 Ricky Hernandez was rude and lied 🤥 about Publix policy’s after he refused to give me a refund ask why he said publix has changed it so I left the store and went to another store and ask about their return policies and I found out that Publix has not changed its policy and of course I called Ricky at the other store and told him that he had lied 🤥 about the return policy. I will be calling the headquarters tomorrow to complain. Customer service is getting worse and worse every where

Tells me they can fill a script but need to have script fixed. Leave to get script fixed..back in 25 minutes..now they dont have the medication.Lying because they assume everyone with a pain killer script is a drug addict. Disgusting.

I have rated Publix supermarkets before, but I had the chance to visit this store on South Dixie Highway in Pinecrest. I was early for a dental appointment and stopped by to pick up a few things.I was BLOWN AWAY! The selection of foods is amazing! I was so pleased going down one aisle with ethnic foods to find entire sections devoted to Germany, Jamaica, England, Mexico, and others. I scanned the German section and was thrilled to find a mix to make kartoffelcloesse (potato dumplings). I usually serve them with a pot roast dish called sauerbraten along with sweet and sour red cabbage. Making the dumplings from scratch was always a hassle: peeling and boiling potatoes, mashing, mixing with egg, flour, and other ingredients. In the England section, I found the brands of biscuits (their word for a slightly sweetened cookie served with afternoon tea) that I so loved when visiting the UK.Granted, this is one of the largest stores in Southeast Florida, but if you need to buy hard-to-find items, or just want to grab a sandwich and a cup of coffee to eat inside the store, this is the Publix to visit.The employees are all friendly and readily available to help with questions. Even if you dont need something special, it is worth the trip to see this store in person.

Signs says they open at seven am. Im standing f waiting since 645 at the door and they dont open til seven o five. Definitely never coming back. Five minutes is a lot of time when your hitting the high seas. Thanks for making me late
