Katherine Dominguez was welcoming. Well informed.explained the different options. Took the time and effort to go over all the transactions. I recommend her highly. She made the experiece painless and worthwhile. Will recommend her to my friends and business associates.

I went to the store and spoke to a female manager who lied to me about the product and seemed she did not want to help me at all. I have a business account I just wanted to add more lines but she said the phone I wanted was not in stock that no one has them but I called another store in front of her and they had the phones I wanted I told her I was going to go elsewhere she said I wasted her time with an attitude. I don’t recommend this store at all horrible service.

By far the most helpful and friendly Sprint store I have ever been in! Jo was outstanding! I was dreading trying to get my daughters phone upgraded and they made the entire experience fun!

I have came into this store more then once and i love their crew they are all nice and very helpful. they always help me save money! their store is always neat and smells good. they have always have candy for customers ahah but over all i live in Kendall and ill still drive here just to be attended by them !

Came to the store with a problem which couldnt be resolved through Sprint Customer Service and Amber the store manager got right on it and took great care of my upgrade! She was friendly and knowledgeable and although the store was quite busy, she never missed a step and made sure all customers were well taken care of. Ill be back for all my cell phone needs in the future.

Rodrigo, Luis, & Ashley were super helpful and I found everything I needed. They were very descriptive and answered every question and concern I had. I experienced a dissatisfactory experience with a Retail-level Manager by the name of “Yader.” Went in for an interview and was waiting 35 minutes because he was late, not to mention their AC wasn’t working and it was ridiculously hot. He overall seemed like I was bothering him before we even exchanged words.When the interview began he asked about my customer outreach experience and if I have any experience with bringing in customers. I even stated my experience with marketing(there’s quite a bit of it) but this idiot was actually just trying to sound smart because all he really wanted was an 8 dollar hour part-timer to stand out on u.s.1 holding a sign in the middle of a hot Miami day plus balance a commission based position without drowning due to the commission structure. This Sprint store in the heart of Pinecrest sucks, do not shop here.Your company blatantly called me in for the interview. No I don’t want to flip your sign on the highway for 2-3 hours per shift.Get it together buddy the world doesnt revolve around you and your ugly haircut.

Very bad, we were customers of AT&A, we switched to Sprint for a promotion, we went to the office 11725 S Dixie HWY 33156 Josman and Katherine answered we gave them three phone numbers that they had to pay AT&A this was in the month of October and Until today they do not appear in machine. Manager Iban Rosario told us that he had given it back to Manager Yader for Sprints default to AT&A, affecting the credit to my son Jesus Benjamin and they dont pay At & A Thank you for your attention
