My car was due for an oil change and this is my first Cadillac and I wasn’t sure how much it’d cost seeing as how when I called another shop they quoted me $75+ dollars. Which sounded way to high so I called over to Clark and they gave me a next day appointment and a great quote for $41.00 they even washed and vacuumed out my car after servicing it. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer.
Well came in for a recall that I received a notice on from Cadillac. Made the appointment and when I get there they dont have the part had to be ordered so I got a oil change and rotation of tires and waited almost 3 HOURS IN THE WORLDS MUST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIR. I dont understand if the Mfg is sending out the recall shouldnt the dealership have the product in Stock? Right now as I am posting this I am laying on a heating pad because of the chair.

Took my Audi in for state inspection. Finished quickly and returned it washed and ready to go. Service advisor very knowledgeable.
My wife and I wanted an used, good, dependable car. We saw just the car we were looking for at Clark Cadillac web site. We visited the car lot on Saturday afternoon, around closing time and met Ian who took the time to allow us to look around and test drive the car we were interested in. We came back the next week and purchased the car. Clark does not charge any dock fees which saved us a lot of money. Check Clark Cadillac first before you buy your next new or used car and ask for Ian.

Clark Chevrolet Cadillac is hands down the best dealer to buy a car or truck from. I told Ian I was in the market for a 2500 and he called me with a trade in he just got. I live 3 hours away and own my business and wife works night shift so I had no time to go and Inspect it. I was trusting Ian and Clark Chevrolet Cadillac to have my best interest and that they did cause I didn’t only buy it without Driving or personally inspecting it they also had two great guys take a Saturday and deliver it to my front door. It showed up spotless with a full tank of gas. They called a few days later just to see how I liked the truck. Clark really makes you feel like family.

Made appointment at 8am, made sure I was first in line because I had to run errands and be at work later in the day, they told me 1-2 hours but I called back at 11am, still haven’t looked at my car, so I wait until 1:20pm and go inside the dealership and they still have not looked at me car. I had to walk there and check because no one answered the phone when I called. It is now 2pm and still no call. This is for an oil change and service. Last time I came about 4-5 months ago the service and oil change took 4 hours when they said 1. Never coming back.

This used to be a pretty reliable dealer and service center. I dont know what happened but they tried ripping off both my niece and my wife within the last year. Be careful if you do business with these folks and make sure you shop around for other quotes so you can price match.

Has been a awesome dealership to work with and now for when We first moved here we had just bought a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse and our AC went out (we didn’t even live here yet) we were looking at houses. I stopped in told them my issue and within a few minutes our car was being taken care of and we had our car back the following morning with cold AC.

One quibble. They never seem to call when the service has been completed. Both of us have had to call and then find out the car is ready.

The other day, when I was leaving a parking lot, my 2016 SRX would not go into reverse. It was 5:30 and the service department was closed. I explained my situation and before I knew it, Troy Clark came to the rescue. He contacted roadside service and had a flatbed truck tow the car to the dealer. I do love this place for being a local establishment... Bought my Colorado there late last year and the experience was top-notch. Have been to the Parts Dept twice and those experiences have varied from dismal to top-notch and I will say after the bad experience I posted and alerted the dealership that I was unhappy. They responded and, after trying again, I will say that they have my business as they do try to treat the customer well...

Todd, service writer explained how I could get the tires of my choice for the same low price I would pay at a big box store with their price match program. He got my car in, kept me informed on progress and got it back on time.

My wife and I are both seniors. There are some dealerships that seem to charge more for their cars to us seniors. We have leased two Chevys from Clark, They have not charged us that mysterious Dealer fee that most other dealers seem to add on, The charge can be from FOUR to SIX hundred dollars for what seems to be additional profit. The dealership is family owned and operated. If you have a problem you can go to the owner of the dealership for resolution of the problem. The service folks are great and they have a newly remodeled waiting area with fresh coffee and drinks. It really seems like a Down Home dealership. Rest assured that if we need another vehicle. We will go back to Clark.
Out of town stranded and was told they could not look at my vehicle until 5 days. Can not turn the ignition to start it, not like it was a major issue just trying to get back home.

Great service with a smile. My car wouldnt start and finally got it jumped started and called Clark Chevrolet immediately. Russell Self service advisor told me to bring my vehicle in and they would check the electrical system for any faults. Turned out battery had a dead cell and they replaced it immediately and while doing that found some damage to my air filter made by some small animal and replaced that as well.Prompt courteous service every time! Fast and good service
Brought my truck in for an oil change a few months back. Had synthetic oil put in and got a warning that the oil needed changing. Needless to say the tech didnt reset the maintenance warning. Also cracked my dashboard when placing the oil change sticker on my windshield. They called me to let me know they had an Onstar notification that the truck needed service. I told them why they received the notificaton and stated that I wouldnt be going back there. They offered to have a tech look at it but no apology. Wish I could rate less than one star. Dont have any idea how they determined they didnt crack the dashboard without looking where it was at. Just easier to deny it I guess.

Only there for inspection and 60K service- done and out in 45 minutes with a washed and vacuumed car! — and, at a very reasonable cost- $65!!
So far only a few test drives but sales person was not pushy, was knowledgeable, and friendly.
We dealt with Clark Cadillac for years having traded our Jag for a Cadillac DTS. I was appalled at the lack of customer service and the lack of concern by the owner when I questioned a brake issue. Since my car was older I was in the market for a new car which I wanted to purchase from them but they could have cared less. I found this odd considering it would be a cash sale. Worse was the lack of professionalism on the part of a salesman who refused to go along with me to test drive a car because it was time for his lunch. Ended up going to Johnson Lexus in Raleigh and am one Happy Camper! Clark could learn a lot from Johnson.
