Staff at this location are not friendly or welcoming. Joe should not be working with customers, or following them around stores. I bought my merchandise but after sitting in my car and pondering what had occurred, and contacting corporate I walked right back inside and returned everything I purchased. They do not deserve my funds. I will take the extra time to shop at Harris teeter for my drug store needs. They are cheaper and the staff is better!
I just moved to the area a few months ago and everyone here has been absolutely amazing and always delightful to be around. Karla one of the ladies on the pharmacy took all of my information in and got all of my very many prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy correctly and in good time. Cindy and Jennifer are always so friendly and nice when they ring me up and the pharmacists Brad and Amber are very knowledgeable and help me get the things I need. Oh and Logan can always always help me get everything I need on the floor. Just a wonderful store in general I would give it more stars if it were possible.
Never had so many issues with prescriptions before. On more than one occasion I’m told my prescriptions can’t be found in system. I call, am put on hold for 20 minutes, then find out they were in all along.
A lady with short, curly hair at this locations Pharmacy acknowledged having received the prescription in their system but claimed that she would not be able to get to it for at least 45 min to 1 hour, though there didnt seem to be many other customers present. We were at the drive-thru and we wanted to ask if one of the other locations in town could handle it sooner but, before we could, she walked away and ignored us.
I have only filled two prescriptions at this Rite Aid. Both were a bad experience. This first was delayed because they recorded the wrong concentration for the cream I needed, and insurance wouldn’t cover it, and the second prescription was delayed because they spelled my last name wrong and insisted my insurance had changed, which of course it hadn’t. I suspect the pharmacist taking phone-in scripts makes careless mistakes. The worst thing of all was when the pharmacist spelled my name back to me incorrectly, I said you missed the “H”, and she said “same difference”. This kind of careless regard for names and concentrations is inexcusable and dangerous. I will never use this pharmacy again.
The pharmacist should learn where they Re located and address.
I live near Rite Aid, enjoy the drive thru So convience
My husband is a pancreatic cancer patient and has severe diarrhea. He was purscribed Lamodil which was ineffective. We asked if there was anything stronger that we could request from our Doctor. The store pharmacist told us there was not, so several doctor appointments passed with my husband thinking he would just have to accept never leaving our home and suffering in extreme abdominal pain. After the most recent Dr appointment we did find out that there are stronger meds but they are controlled substances. By not telling us the options the pharmacist did us a huge disservice and prolonged the symptoms and have resulted in even more weightloss which as a cancer patient is very important to stabilize. Had the pharmacist told us about all the options we would have had this resolved much sooner. Very disappointed with their ethics and or lack of knowledge.
