Great place for a visit and have lunch or dinner with friends. Lunch was superb 😋. The staffing was absolutely curtious and on the spot with their waiting.

Great scones, we had chocolate caramel toffee and white chocolate blueberry. Great atmosphere inside, it’s clear they take every detail seriously. Not far from Pinehurst resort, easy to drive over to pickup a few. Great friendly service!

Absolutely delightful!! Scones light with a crispy, slightly sweet crust. Yummy lemon curd. Wonderful caramel macchiato with just the right amount of foam on top. Pleasant and very quick service!!

I have moved away since my last visit but I miss going to Pine Scones with my friends on the weekend. Would recommend if I still lived there.

Both Pine Scone locations are nice, and the scones are delicious!! I really like the big windows and natural light at the Southern Pines location.

Love the atmosphere inside! Everyone is so nice! The Jalapeno Scone is my favorite. My Father in law had a hot chocolate and said it was the best one he has ever had!! And believe me, for a critic, I think that speaks volumes! :) Theres also a small little shop inside. I wished the cute pinecone pillows were for sale, or I would have bought those too. I will be back for sure!

I came down from Massachusetts to visit family this week. I thought Id have to settle for Starbucks or something, but instead I got to visit the most charming Cafe imaginable! The coffee is lovely and the staff was super friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Ill definitely be coming back whenever were in the area!

Very visible off main drag. Can get tight on parking at times but worth going in. Very clean tables, clean seats, and fun environment shared with neighboring restaurant. Full spectrum of hand crafted coffees and well baked treats! Yum! Overall a good place to coffee up and snack on the run or rest.

Great place! The coffee is fantastic, as are the scones. The seating situation inside isnt ideal, but they have an area outside that looked comfortable. It was just too hot that day to enjoy it. Other than that, its a relaxing place to stop by and get some great coffee/snack.

Great coffee to go with out-of-this-world scones! Cozy, seemingly tiny space but feels like a lot more room than it is when you’re sitting inside. There are scones to go, but it’s also a great place to stay for a while. Kind of like a coffee shop, but better, because scones.

The scones - worth every bit of your daily carb allocation. I prefer their savory Jalapeno & Cheddar scones. Warmed up with butter...mmmm. The warm relaxed vibe is really nice too. Last, the adjoining deli and restaurant dont suck either.

I could not wait to check this place out once they opened. I used to buy their scones many years ago at the the drive thru coffee shop in Southern Pines and occasionally at the Roast Office. The location is excellent since it is in a shopping center and walking distance to/from the movie theaters. The scones are always delicious and they even give you the option of warming them up. My favorite scone is definitely the salted caramel. I also ordered the blueberry white chocolate scone and the grinch scone. The cafe is beautifully decorated and gets a lot of natural light. My only feedback is more coffee options and I wish they had a more impactful display case for their scones. They were basically in a small glass case on top of the register...maybe if they were plated on some pretty plates in the case...i just feel like a disservice is being done to these scones especially when they are delicious.

Tried 3 different flavors of scone bites they were all fabulous. Also asked the barista to make me a specialty hot cocoa, she didnt bat an eye at the special request. She was happy to do it and it was GREAT!

In town for a conference & wanted to find a good, local coffee shop. The coffee here was great, but the real treat was the scones. I tried a variety of scone bites. The best was the original scone with butter & jelly.
