Great customer service always polite and extremely informative. I highly recommend this establishment

I am a Mason by trade but am a DIY at heart. I purchased supplies for installing a dehumidifier under my crawl space. I needed vinyl tubing, metal ducting strap, ring clamps, 3/4 plastic threaded slide on/compression pipe fittings, and trash bags. They had it all and was helped immediately upon entry. The staff is quick and knowledgeable. Much like Burney Hardware. I was pleasantly surprised with the pipe fitting section. If you are in the pinehurst area its a much better option than Lowes. This place will probably have the items you need.

The ownership, management and staff do not believe in personal and professional accountability, honor and obligation to community as evinced by the fact that every manager and employee refuses to wear a mask or maintain a safe distance. Be advised that this is not a safe place of business given the current situation. We took our company business elsewhere.

How refreshing to walk into the store and be greeted with “Hello! Can I help you”? And they genuinely mean it! The experience of shopping here is actually pleasant. The staff is friendly and make you feel welcome and appreciate your business large purchases or small, it doesn’t matter. This is definitely a 5 star store. I highly recommend them!

Today I visited this hardware for the first time, the store appeared clean but I can’t say that made me feel any better as none of the employees had their mask on. They even had a very nice display of mask for sell. With corona virus going around and being so contagious along with the governor’s mask order I will think long and hard before I come back.

Nice store, always have what I need, however, I will not return. None of the staff were wearing masks, one actually chewing his lunch while walking down the aisles, mouth wide open. Very disheartening that they do not care about their own safety or the customers.

I have stopped going here. After the third visit in as many weeks and most of the employees are not wearing masks. Its too bad because its a nice little store but I refuse to go now. Wish they cared more for their customers.

All 5 employees had no mask on as if it were against the rules. They are very nice and helpful but it’s clear they either have strange beliefs or they don’t care about the welfare of their customers. Either way, I will not shop there until this is over.

It was so nice to be able to drive right down the street to pick up an a/c filter and avoid the in town traffic. Not to mention you cant beat the fast, friendly service. Glad to have our own little hardware store in Pinehurst!

Had what we needed very helpful staff but prices are a touch high.

Although mandatory, employees at this store do not wear masks nor do they require masks to be worn by all customers. This needlessly endangers their employees and customers during the height of the pandemic.
