My family has been using this company for many years now. Now that I have a house of my own and when my washer broke all of a sudden last Thursday, they were my company of choice. They recognized me as a regular client and got me booked in no time. It was Justin who knocked on my door within the time frame provided. He diagnosed and got parts right away. He was able to fix in same day he was out. Repair charge was fair. Ill keep that family tradition of using them! =)
Pinellas Park Appliance repair took great care of my washing machine. It took them no time to fix it. They were able to find the problem easily. Overall, I had a great experience and I hope other people will give them a try!
This number is just taking calls and referring them to appliance repair businesses. They in turn call a technician. Steve showed up and diagnosed bad dishwasher pump. Pleasant gentleman but extra fees are added because of the middle man. Turned out to be expensive repair but cheaper than a new one. Appointment set to replace new parts but read contracts. Some non refundables.

I called this place to get my dryer’s belt fixed. Someone came out who could barley speak English, but just the job in less than 10 mins, great, no problems there! When he finished he stated that the total was going to be 185 and some change. I agreed and even gave him a tip. Didn’t think anything of it. Then a week later as I’m going through my bank statement, I realized they charged me 195.25 ( which included the tip) PLUS the 59.99 service fee!!!!! Ohhh I was livid!! I called them up immediately and tried to explain what was wrong. They were very rude and unprofessional. They stated they couldn’t do anything about it because the work had already done!! Very disappointed because their employer did NOT mention is was an additional 185 and if that was the case I wouldn’t have paid for the work to be done! Who in their right mind would pay $255 for only a BELT!!!!! Just plain absurd!! Don’t get cheated off like I did if you use this company. I believe in karma and when doing people wrong, comes back to you in some way!!
I appreciate them coming on a holiday weekend and instructing me on the proper use of my new washing machine. It was well worth the fee. Thank you very much
They came during the scheduled appointment and fixed our cook top for a good price. Very pleased with the service and glad to have my stove back to work!

I called and made an appointment on Wednesday for the next day during the 12-3 range. No one showed or called. I called a little after 3pm for them to tell me 45 minutes later that no one was coming. I agreed to a 4-6pm reschedule Friday. Technician showed up a little early, which I appreciate. He was here all of Maybe ten minutes. He didn’t even lift the lid on the washer to utilize the technician book that is taped there. Didn’t do a diagnostic code check. He opened the door a couple times and wasn’t even here long enough to try to make it to the point in the cycle that was having the issues. He announces its the motherboard and its almost 400.00 to replace! It had clogged lines tripping the pressure sensor. I’m very disappointed for the 59.99 that was charged on my card that I received such service.
Honestly that best service we’ve ever received in years!! I called early morning and they were out within a few hours. Tech was on time and figured out the issue and had my Frigidaire Professional top- load dryer running better than new in less than an hour! I highly recommend!
I talked to 6 different companys to try and find a part with a model number no one could find, Pinellas Park Appliances was the only place that took the time to find a diagram of my model and walk me through it to get the right part. I should mention it was a woman that was finally smart enough to do that!
My washer broke about 3 weeks ago. My husband was looking for deals and came across this shop. Now I know covid is going on and things wont be in on time but they have never gotten back with us on estimation and i have now called on 7 different occasions asking when my washer part would be in and when would be fixed. The lady rudley says hell be out Thursday or hell be out Friday and hell call you. Well today walli my 9th time calling because I called this morning and was promised someone was going to call me so here I am at 430 calling them before they close and the lady on the phone was so rude because once again she told me he will call you Monday! Its been 4 weeks now and tbe lady on the phone is not nice shes rude as hell like I inconvenience her! Dont recommend wish i could get my money back

Made appointment with these people. They told me between 1pm and 3pm sat home waiting. they did not call nor did they show up. I had to call when around 3 :15 pm still no sign of the technician. they told me they dont have a technician until Saturday. my appointment was scheduled for Thursday. This is how they treat customers . thanks forWasting my time.
They take my money, schedule an appointment to come look at my washer, then the next day they say their GE specialist just left town and can’t come. I asked when the specialist would be able to come and fix my washer, they said “not at this time” so they told me to call any other local repair service, so my advice: don’t bother with this company, just a waste of time and money.

They charged my debit card before they came when on the phone they said they are not charging the card it’s only to hold the appointment, then they cancelled they appointment and after many calls never fixed the charge to my card and I had to go to the bank to stop the charges
