I havent purchased a car in over ten years. I really enjoyed working with Chad Stephens at this location. Funny, helpful, insightful and willing to go the extra mile. I loved having the car delivered. I was not a fan of their automated email system that kept promising me a better deal or one I could not refuse -- when in actuality, it was the same deal already presented to me. On this note, the car was priced very, very well and Im delighted. Im very grateful I was able to work with Chad and Chad alone. If you go here, ask for Chad Stephens!!!

Everyone was very friendly and worked very well with me. Conner was great, he followed up regularly, made sure I was happy with every step of the process, taken care of, and he was extremely personable! This is rare to find at a sales office. Even when we reached a point where it was tough to make a deal, other options were proposed, we overcame our differences to settle amicably, and finalized the purchase.

Came in without an appointment. My oil was low, and the hood was stuck. They dropped everything, fixed it,topped it off, and I was out in 20 minutes. Love this place

Went to the St Pete Alpha Romeo/Maserati dealership yesterday to order a 2021 A/R Giulia. Unfortunately, my salesman was home because of his wifes surgery. Immediately, the General Manager, Chris McCray, personally took care of me. He had already familiarized himself with exactly the car I wanted to order, and he had already contacted the appropriate people to start the process. It was 95% done by the time I had arrived! The car arrives in Dec, so even though he cant promise the exact final lease numbers, I have complete confidence in this outstanding man and his dealership that they will bend over backwards and the numbers will be to my utter satisfaction. I cant remember having such VIP treatment from any other dealership, ever!

Attempted to be a new customer to their service department. Do not rely on their online service scheduling. It turns out it’s just a request for an appointment and they are to contact you to confirm. Needless to say that 5 days isn’t enough time for them to contact you to at least tell you that they cannot take you in (at the appointment you requested). I genuinely thought when you picked a day and time of what was available and you give your name, email address and telephone number it was scheduled. Anyway, the service department couldnt take my Stelvio in so I left and found an oil change place closer to my home.

I had the pleasure of leasing a car here yesterday. I had done my research and was ready to lease the AR Stelvio. I filled out a short online questionnaire to expedite the process. I was busy running errands and the team had tried a few times to contact me. I was left a very pleasant and professional message from Lacey. Shortly after I was contacted by Roxianna. I told her I was on my way to the dealership and was looking to expedite the process. She was so helpful and matched my sense of urgency. On the way to the dealership (which was a 45 min ride for me) she texted me everything she needed to be well prepared when I arrived. The process couldn’t of been smoother. From the time I arrived there I received 5 star attention from Bill, the sales manager, Pete the finance manager and Chris the GM. Roxianna had so much patience as I changed my mind about colors and interior numerous times. I couldn’t of felt more welcomed or taken care of. I had visited a few other dealerships of other brands and was very turned off by the “push”. What I appreciated most, was that I went in to the dealership knowing what I wanted, and no one tried to push me in another direction. The factIs, walking into a Maserati dealership may be a little intimidating- not everyone has Maserati funds, but do not let that stop you from walking into this dealership. They are super appreciative of your business whether it’s a base Alfa Romero or a top notch Mas. There are many cars and dealerships out there but if you are in search of a well made European car that isn’t like every other car on road, worth the money, and are looking to be treated well- I suggest you visit.
