Got honest and courteous recommendations, very clean facility, convenient parking. They do all kinds of repairs except transmission work. I am comfortable recommending them to friends and family.

I went in with what I thought was just a low tire, but ended up needing it repaired for a nail they found. They got me in as quickly as they could and took care of the problem, which was great because I had a trip to make the next day. Also, I thought about getting new tires, but they did not try to hard sell me, but instead said that I still have some life on them and to wait until its actually necessary. I have been a customer since 2015 and am very pleased.

I made an appointment, got there early and they took my car in. Did the work they were supposed to in a very short time. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes! Great job!

They take really long. I said for a simple tire patch and they took +45 mins, no exaggeration. I’ve been sitting here for at least 60 mins when i needed to get to work cause I’m really busy. They tried to tell me how i need to replace tires when i just need a patch and i dont have the time and money yet.

I had to buy new lug nuts for the wheel where the tire was fixed due to the tech using a bad socket. It ate my lug nuts up and we never had that issue before on previous visits.

If you need more than a tire change, dont go here! I paid a premium for an oil change and coolant top up for my truck. They put the oil change sticker on my truck, but the oil was as old as when I dropped it off. If I hadnt checked behind them, they could have destroyed my engine. DO NOT GO HERE!

I made an appointment online and got confirmation for the time and date requested. I go into this store and they cant find my appointment. As a Group Home Admin/Caregiver my time is hard enough to schedule stuff around and to make time off your schedule only to be told they logged me on the day after is unacceptable.

Drop off my Range Rover yesterday 4-4-19-for an oil change and alignment got a call that it was ready. So this morning I was getting ready for a road trip and check my oil just to make sure everything is okay under the hood when I checked it the oil wasn’t changed. I called the store and talked to the manager he claims his “MASTER MECHANIC” forgot and was to busy and the managers attitude is disgusting uncalled for.Makes me think how many other people paid for a service that they didn’t get.

Marty and his staff were outstanding told me what I needed to get done and what I could wait on. They did great work, didnt try to oversell me, and had me out of there in reasonable time. I had a very pleasant experience with this location. I actually stopped at the tire place across the street (out of convenience) and no one assisted me in directing me to where I should go or even asking what I might need help With so I left. Once I went to the Tire Choice I was helped right away by the store manager and even though they didn’t have time for an oil change that day, the store manager checked my oil and tire pressure then and there. It was a very good customer experience and I would recommend this location over the place across the street.

Yesterday I was greeted with a left front flat tire. AAA changed it and I was on my way to TC where Marty / staff promptly made a quick repair of the damaged tire. They were professional, respectful and did not try to sell me something I did not need. This is my go to place for tires. And they have coffee and great magazines.

Very good shop. Quoted out the door tire cost and time estimate. Followed up with call and did exactly what they said they would do. Completed job sooner than estimated time and no unexpected charges. Was also significanly less expensive than one of their primary competitors special deals.

I went in with my ac not blowing Mike knew right away what it was and got it taken care of in a timely manner. He was very nice and I did not feel like he was trying to slap my head like a lot of mechanics do. He was amazing and I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend Mike.

I was very pleased with my experience at The Tire Choice. 3 months ago I had my AC and heat repaired. It unfortunately never quite worked right after the repair was completed. Because of the way life happens I was not able to bring my vehicle in to have it looked at again until 3 months later. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They found the bad part, replaced it for free and now everything works perfectly.It is a testament to the staffs character that after so much time had passed, they took me at my word and looked into the issue. Great service and good prices. Brought my SUV in to talk about getting new tires, but didnt want to spend a thousand bucks for tires. They gave me different choices and were helping find a decent tire and price. We decided on a Goodyear tire that was on sale and a better quality than another possibility. He said for the $50 more, its a good upgrade from the other choice, plus theyd be able to put them on right then! So we decided to go for it and they had them on in an hour. Gave us time to walk and get a haircut and a burrito at the nearby strip mall. Would recommend these guys.

Had a tire blow out and had to get my car towed to local shop to get it fixed. Didnt know the area and googled nearby tire shops and glad I picked this one!At first I panicked since my car finally got towed there at 6:45 pm, and they close at 7. Was relieved when they told me they would stay late to fix my tires so I wouldnt have to find a ride all the way back here.Bill was very informative, and was efficient with getting my info and getting my car back. Mike the technician got me set up with my tires in a snap, and even pointed out a bend in my rim, and even went the extra mile to file it down so I wouldnt have a leak in the future.These guys are awesome, and if I was local, would go to them for all my car needs. Not everyone would stay an extra 15 minutes after close to make sure a customer is back on the road. I wish all tire shops had this level of service, and you guys in Pinellas are lucky to have this shop local to you! Thanks guys!

Bill and his team were outstanding and awesome. Me and my family were on vacation from Alabama and it was our first time in the area, when we heard a knocking noise from our driver tire. We went to pep boys who told us our ball bearing in our tire was going bad and it would cost us around 400 dollars and two days of labor and ordering the part. We went to Bill and he crew and they checked it out, it turned out to be a loose tire, they fixed the problem and aired the tire at no cost. If there ever was a example of a great mechanic it would be Bill and his crew. I am so thankful for them, they saved us 400 dollars that didnt need to be spent. Thank you guys! I really recommend them to any locals or anyone out of state visiting.

I was recommended to this place by my mechanic I go to, to come here for a alignment and tires (my mechanic doesnt do alignments or new tires.) I Was treated great and no issues, they even ordered my tires since mine arent as common anymore and told me it would be later today, and if I couldnt make it later today I could make an appointment tomorrow for sure. And gave me a good deal for them as well. They kept me in the loop as to why it was taking longer which was my alignment was very off. Other than that no complaints. Its a very clean environment as well. Definitely will come back. Thank you for awesome service. And thank you to the mechanic for fixing my alignment.

Ive been a completely satisfied single woman customer with this business for the last four years, and its because of the high level of service and honesty that is practiced by the manager Marty, and the knowledgeable, and ethical employees who work there. By far one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at any time store, I went into this establishment to get my rear tire patched on my 2017 Ford F-350 dually, after about 30 minutes into working on it there employee completely demolished my hub cap, instead of stopping he purposely destroyed the cap to get to the lug nuts, and didnt even mention to me that he tore it up. After further investigation on my end I noticed the employee also left gouges in my rim, after dealing with the manager, he promised to make it right on his end, but after having to deal with one smart mouth employee that wanted to tell my wife to sit down, after the manager left the front desk, it took all I had in me to keep my cool. I definitely do not recommend coming to this place. You do what you want, but Ive gotten better service at Walmart if that tells you anything. I wish I had 2 more hands, so I could give 4 thumbs down.

They always do a great job and dont tell you things need to be done just to try to get $ out of you like some other places.

I used this location when it was Goodyear and was always satisfied. After a couple very recent bad experiences at another mechanic, I was leary of a new company. I needed 2 tires and a noise checked out on my truck along with a few other requests to check in preparation for an upcoming trip. I was extremely thankful that all the mechanics and staff from before were still there. They put on the tires. Fixed the noise and assured me all the other things I asked about were in good shape. This told me I had finally found trustworthy mechanics to take our vehicles to. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need, was fair price and very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Went to this McGee Goodyear after getting an estimate from the Firestone in West Shore Plaza. They gave me the same service for $150 cheaper than the Firestone. The service is great, prices upfront, and the people that work at this McGee Goodyear are friendly and work in a timely manner. Being from out-of-town, it gave me comfort knowing that they truly care about their customers and not marking-up parts to make a large profit. I would recommend going to this location specifically

My husband has been going to this location for a couple of years and has had wonderful service and success with his trucks, as well as fair pricing. The true test was sending me his wife with my jeep that broke down. We had gone somewhere else 2 weeks prior and they said nothing was wrong. I happened to get a flat tire half a mile from this store, and of course I didn’t have a spare. I recently moved to Tampa alone and had nobody for miles to help me with my flat. Even though they were very busy, Marty was very accommodating and helped me find an inexpensive tow as well as keeping his cool with me when I walked in angry at the world. Even during the chaos of all the clients who were there, Marty was kind, understanding, patient and helpful. He’s the kind of genuine person everyone having a bad day needs to encounter.
