Great customer service. Really helped me to pick out the right mattress for some back issues I’m having with my current mattress. Explained difference between the different mattresses. Didn’t try to upset me to something I didn’t need like a couple of the other stores I went to. They just provided facts so I could make my own decision. And to top it off, the mattress I purchased ended up being less expensive than the other one I had picked out at a different store. Masters was even delivered the next day. Thank you again for all your help!

This is not the first time I have bought from MattressFirm on US 19, the 2 guys that greet you in this store are so nice and they know their products. Nathan Glaudel was the salesman that took me around to try the mattresses that were there, I bought one as I always do, they make it so easy. The other salesperson took the time to make sure the mattress was in stock and ready to be delivered. If you are looking to buy a mattress this is the place to shop.

Nathan contacted me to let me know that my exchange mattress, which I did not agree to receiving, would be delivered June 1, 2021. I went to the Park Place MF store to discuss the exchange and decided against it. We also discussed the high priority messages I have received from Customer Service that stated I would be contacted within 72 hours. That message was received May 21, 2021, which was TEN DAYS AGO! I AM NOT HAPPY!

I bought a mattress from a locally owned store back in July, and got totally burned. Long story short, I slept on an air mattress for 8weeks waiting for my mattress to be delivered only to have my order cancelled and refunded. I was skeptical about going to a big box store because I didn’t think I’d be able to get a good deal or talk down the price. I popped into mattress firm and was able to work out a deal to get a bed for the same price as the one that I would have gotten from the other store AND they were able to deliver it to my house THE NEXT DAY! I’m definitely very satisfied :)

Terrible. Waited 4 days only to find out they dont have my mattress and dont know where it is. The salesman then proceeded to get me to try to accept a lesser value and quality mattress. I did not accept asked him again where is the one I purchased and he said I dont know. Didnt even attempt to locate what I paid for was very unhelpful and just wanted me to take the lower quality mattress. At which time I asked for a refund. Terrible. Terrible.

I was immediately greeted at the door by Joe, offered water, and asked what I was looking for. Joe directed us to the mattress that would best fit our needs. Nathan joined us, recognized us from our previous visit from 2 years ago, got us immediate financing and listed all the same as cash offers I was eligible for. Both men were very professional, polite, and made sure we were comfortable in the store, offered face masks, sanitizer, etc. My second time there was as good as the first time.

All the beds were above our budget and he was willing to help us find clearance deals on the mattresses we’d like. In the end, we ended up with a NEW mattress at a clearance deal! Freda is AMAZING!!! when I went into the store last week, I was greeted by a smiling face and was giving undivided attention. Freda helped me find the best mattress set and we set up the delivery.Upon my day of delivery, I missed it, YIKES!!! I called one store and associate was very rude to me and said he couldnt help me. I was torn and beginning to cry in my car. So, I called another Store and spoke with Doug, who got me in touch with Freda, who then made her magic happen.I am very Please with Freda and how she got me off my air mattress (as I couldnt take another night of pain and sleep deprivation) and onto my queen mattress.
