Horrible customer service. How can a company run the business like this and still exist? I went to their office and wanted to buy some cabinets, lady at front desk asked me to fill out the form and wait for my account to be set up. I was told I would receive a phone call in two days, but never heard back from them. So I called and asked if my account was set up, a lady told me I would receive an email with my account info shortly. Then I checked my email 2 hours later, and did receive an email with my account number and the contact info of a sales person. So I called that sales person, but the phone was never answered. I’ve been calling this number for 3 days, still no answer. Don’t waste your time, and go find other companies to work with.

Don’t work here u will regret it, they are the worst very unprofessional blame everyone but them self. I don’t know how they are still in business. They are not customer oriented. Since I started I’ve never been to a safety meeting they just give u a paper to sing that’s it. From the top down there’s a lot of fraternizing which according to labor laws i think is unprofessional don’t quote me. Andrew and Phil are cheating on their wives so is Mark. There’s no room for advancement. They will make you promises lie until they come up with something to take there toys or keys back lol transparency don’t count on it. Hr tried to warn me and I didn’t listen. They are cheap so don’t expect Christmas bonus or party’s there’s no appreciation so don’t expect it, this is not a traditional company or management. The retirement and benefits are a joke. There’s also a lot of faulty equipment.On a daily basis there’s so much DOT safety laws being broken just to make a profit. I hope one day this company is held accountable for all the wrongs they have done. There needs to be a full investigation into this company. Something is not right

If you are a small business owner, BEWARE of using this company. If your livelihood depends on your business, take it elsewhere. This company will make you pay for their errors.A contractor I hired used A&M Supply for the kitchen cabinets. The first issue that he ran into was that three full weeks after submitting the order, A&M informed the store that a specialty cabinet we had ordered for the corner had been discontinued.After receiving the cabinets, we discovered the second and third issues. Though the sample cabinet in the store had dovetailed and soft-close doors/drawers, the cabinets we received had neither. A&M informed the contractor that the color that I had ordered (espresso) did not come dovetailed, which was not documented or reflected in the display. They provided no explanation for the soft-close issue.The fourth issue was that they shorted the order two cabinets and under cabinet lighting.The fifth issue was that upon installing some of the cabinets, it became clear that the colors were from different die lots. Some of the cabinets were a light espresso, some medium and others practically black. Additionally, the medium colored ones had some sort of damage to the stain. The cabinet doors and drawer fronts looked as though they had been wrapped in plastic when the stain was not fully dried and sections of the color peeled off when the plastic was removed.A&M informed the contractor that a 60% restocking fee would be charged if the cabinets were returned AND that he would have to pay for the shipping. They are no longer returning the contractors calls.

This place is really great. Been going here for two years now and they carry a massive selection of high quality materials in stock and also have some of the best prices in town.

I called and spoke with someone over the telephone regarding a Bluhm hinge they were very nice over the telephone I believe his name was Tanner. When I arrived I was not by a lady by the name of Tamra, She apparently forgot what side of the counter she was on in was very rude to me. Asking questions that were inappropriate. All this for a Blanco henge.

Terrible customer service. Product is overpriced your better off saving the time and headache and go somewhere else.

Everytime i came to this place they take for ever to get my order very bad customer service

One of their drivers was speeding down the highway with an unsecured truck bed and metal debris was hitting cars, including mine. People were violently swerving to get out of the way. I tried to get the guy to pull over but he just got super aggressive. Gonna have to lawyer up.
