Owner of this Dealership will work with you only because of the Quality of some of the vehicles he has for sale. I personally got sold a Good LOOKING Ford F-150, with in a month the engine went out in the vehicle and left me stranded multiple time on the side of the road, leaving me to pay for tow truck. As I tried to negotiate on how to get a new vehicle from dealer, he called the police on me TWICE! When officers arrived he gave me my money back ! AVOID this owner and his business save your money for better service and quality.

Prespa Auto Sales went to great lengths to ensure I was approved for financing for my new vehicle from them. Also, they were quick, professional and easy to deal with. I told them which car I was interrested in and they had it ready to test drive and had the paperwork ready for me to review and sign when I made my decision to purchase it. Also, the vehicle was in GREAT shape. It looked and smelled brand new and there have been no problems with the engine. It came with new tires and an oil change.

Awful. I filled out a credit application over the weekend. I got a notification that my credit had been run on Monday. No contact whatsoever from the dealership. I called today (Tuesday) to ask to speak to someone and ask when I would hear from someone after my credit was run.A guy named Daniel answered the phone and yelled at me. He was incredibly rude and nasty. He couldnt tell me why no one had called me, only that the finance manager was in a meeting and would call me back--which is amazing because he never asked for my name or phone number. A really awful experience when you need a car and a dealership just wants to play games.

Do yourself a favor, theirs’s many of reputable used car dealers in Tampa Bay area, this dealer is not one of them. You have a choice; do not allow this dealer pressure you buy anything. I do not recommend doing business with this dealer regardless of what ratings shows. This flakey dealer bribes their customers to give a good rating, so dont fall for it. This dealer is full of deceitfulness show no respects or integrity to their customers and treats them poorly after they have purchased; keep in mind, you’re just a number to them. Over the years, between my wife and I, we have purchased and dealt with dealerships, but never have experienced anything like this place. We both learn from our mistake taking the owners words as a promised, but instead of getting it in writing.1. This dealer uses fake Carfax to show you it’s a clean car by cut and paste; re-copy using a copy machine.2. The owner is deceitful, fail to fulfill his promises or agreement.3. Lie/fabricate proof of all service inspection done/perform to that car and who perform the work.4. The owner stated the car belongs to his wife, she the only person have been driving it as a Demos”, he is lying, he doesn’t have a wife.5. Lie about he uses reputable repair shop to do all his mechanic repair. The truth is, he uses his clean up guy washing cars etc. to do all his maintenance/mechanic work for cheap.6. All the repair shop near his dealer would not even recommend doing business with him.7. Never believe anything comes out of the owner’s mouth, even though, is common to hear it from the salesman, not from the OWNER.

I bought an 07 f350 from Danny the owner they are very good people willing to listen and work out whats best for the customer very rare to find a dealer thats been around for so long and is in it for the customers low prices and great options to choose from I would recommend it to anyone.
