Had sales rep at my place of employment for sizing for new uniforms for my department. Not able to fit me with correct size pants. Instead of working it out for me he wanted to know if I have ever had the right size pants like thats just the way it is. Ok so all my own pants fit. So whats up. Oh I cant just rent shirts has to be pants and shirt or no deal. Not up to me here but if it was my money I would not go with this company. Rep needs to take control and be organized and professional

Did a day tryout that was supposed to be paid. Worked all day and was told I did a good job, but wouldnt work there if they offered. People were rude and not friendly. Still waiting for that check. What a waste of time

I ask for the cancellation of my account 2 weeks ago because of the increase of the price consecutively in the past 2 years. I could’t find any contract and was charge with a 42% increased in 2 years. I called many times to discuss about the pricing but Cintas didn’t want to do anything. So after making sure with them that i wasn’t under contract i sent a text to my rep asking if we were all set. He got back to me Friday 31th of May telling me that yes and that he was going to come to pick up their product and give me back my key Tuesday 4th of June. Today Monday 3rd, I got a text from the rep telling me that finally they found a contrat ? After committee themself that we were all set on my account they are now threatening me to send me a formal mail from an attorney. Its not like I didn’t ask if we were all set. Real shame and Very unprofessional way to handle a situation. I was thinking about getting back with you as soon as I opened a 2nd location but you screwed up big time.

Worst possible uniforms. Gave me the wrong uniforms, spelled my name wrong, took 3 months to correct and they are still the most uncomfortable material ever. I might even dismiss it if the sizes matched butttttt they dont.

I have attempted to stop re newal on our uniforms and we are being railroaded and told differant versions of our service agreement. After disputing their version compared to the 2 previous versions (including my written agreement) I am being told I will get a call back. That was 3 days ago. This has becom3 a nightmare considering all the time I am putting into this including feeling it neccesary to write this review.
