Ordered on-line, but when GNC is out of an item (In this case 2/3rds of my order) they just cancel the order.Next, I went to this location only to see this sign (See photo) in the window...GNC has the best products, but with this current business model it wont be long before they tank.So long GNC, so sad to see.

There’s a sign on the door saying an employee will be back in 30 minutes - I’ve been waiting for an hour and no one is here.

Went in only because that had a massive sign in the door which stated 20% off any item. Go to check out my $40 item and notice there is no discount. The employee said oh I forgot to take that down and hoping she would honor it she gives me a sassy response saying it was in my email like its my fault.

This location sold me products that had previously been open

Never made it in the store. There was a note reading be back in 15 min went to the bank i arrived at 2:35, 22 min later got tired of waiting and left . Advise, rather than saying how long you will be gone, post what time you will return. That way customers know when to return. 3 other customers read the note and left while i was waiting.

Whoever is working at 9 am on 6/2/20 should learn what’s appropriate and inappropriate to say to people. She rudely told me I needed to be careful with my daughter having her out without a mask. She’s 10 months old and should not wear a mask, and I have barely left the house since March. She doesn’t know our situation or how careful we’ve been and should probably keep her opinions to herself, especially when she is going to be rude to a customer checking out. She said she was the manager.

Did not have product I needed. Clerk helped direct us to another vitamin shop. Was very helpful and friendly.

Love the staff. Good products. Wish they has a multivitamin without vitamin E.

The best GNC that Ive been to. The staff explained all of the different types of supplements to help me on my journey of great health and exercise. I look forward to buying more here.

If there was a negative option that would have been it. Called looking for something in stock and got Mike ..less than helpful and he hung up on me. When I called back no one answered...thanks I will take my business elsewhere.
