They drive my package all over all day then said they couldn’t deliver it and are sending it back to sender so I now have to start all over. FedEx used to be one of the best shipppers now they’re the worst ever. What happened?

6 days late. Said they had the package but they had too many and couldnt deliver it on time.. shouldnt they take that in consideration on the estimated time. Frustrating when you pay extra to get it early. Will never use FedEx again.

I paid for the $20 shipping to get something in for a special occasion. FedEx left a voicemail asking for my apartment number but when I called back, the representative said the sender had for update my address. I called the sender who verified my address was entered correctly and they sent an additional request to Fedex. I got another call that day asking for another person because they couldn’t deliver a package. After speaking with a manager, they updated our file for the 3rd time (though, what we submitted to them was correct) and the next day... still no package. We called again tonight and the representative told me they didn’t have the apartment number — how?!? We will be picking up the package tomorrow and I’m truly appalled this is the service you give customers. I will make sure to choose any courier but you moving forward because I cannot guarantee my package will come to me or that you’ll correct issues when they arise.

I had a return from amazon and normally they send me to ups where they pack and scan from your phone. This return was to fedex and I did not have my item properly boxed or a return address printed. Hilda was so helpful and allowed me to email her the return and helped me with everything I needed. They will have my business in the future

I walked in to see if they could intercept my package since it required a signature upon delivery because I wasnt going to be home for a few days and the employee up front named Kirk said sure Ill speak with the manager and see if he can intercept it. The manager john Miller within minutes found my package. It is employees such as kirk and John Miller the reason why I keep using fed ex for all my shipping needs. Two very professional employees representing fed ex to the fullest.

I love the staff at this FedEx location. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I often have my packages held here and pick them up because I know how great they are.

At first I was having a difficult time with a lady that works the counter in the morning. Regardless of all the uniqueness of my situation she didnt try to be helpful at all. When I asked to speak to the supervisor she told me there wasnt one on site. That wasnt true. The morning supervisor (Chris, I believe) was AWESOME! He did everything in his power to personally ensure that my needs were met. He looked my in the eye as I explained my situation and he got right to taking care of it. Even went the extra mile (literally) to go a retrieve my parcel from a driver personally. He saved the day and helped me avoid other issues I would have had had I not got the package. Thank you so much Chris for showing me the BEST customer service experience Ive had since living in FL.

Every time I go there I get excellent help and nice employees.

Corporate sent me a long distance to their hub. I was refused for the service. I went there for. Tried to file a complaint couldnt get an answer on the phone and was transferred after an explanation and had to explain everything again.

I dont ship things often so I had questions about how to package my items. Received prompt and efficient service. Very appreciative!

When you call the toll free number, to many foreigners, cant under stand them. Gives you a different answer about where you package is... I had to go pick the package up.

Was told to go to this center to return item. Customer service representative refused to print return label for me and told me I had to go to another location. Rude and unwilling to help. Last time I do business here.

Quick resolutions. I live in a duplex, they missed the delivery message I left informing access to the left, but contacted me to arrange re-delivery, greatly appreciated.

The representative who helped me ship my box was extremely unhelpful and somewhat condescending. Even when she had me call another customer service phone she got into an argument with the other FedEx representative on the phone. I hope she was having a bad day, but she was very nonchalant about it.

Delivery staff on my route (33703) are the best! Always smiling while working so hard. They even put plastic bags over the boxes during rainy weather. Much appreciated.

The female clerk was extremely nice. She taped my box up and shipping label on. We talked a little bit about the state of the country.

FedEx loses or breaks too many packages. its like they kick it from the truck to my door. Ups or USPS never have an issuse

What a great group FedEx has here. I had a very time sensitive package that had been misdirected at no fault of anyone at this location, but these guys took my issue and made it their own and absolutely saved the day. I wont use names, but thank you!!

GPS takes you to a field. Follow a truck, its the correct rd so you will eventually see it.

Had to pick up a PKG and the staff there was very friendly and very fast and efficient.It didnt take but 10 to 15 min to get in and out.

These people are NOT WORTH doing business with, especially for any premium price! After being told over 3 phone calls over 2 days by warehouse staff, customer service and, later, a customer advocate that my package would be ready for pick-up at the location, I drove to pick it up twice (once yesterday evening and again this morning). At the warehouse pickup at 1950 and 102nd ave n the staff was lazy and incompetent, and could care less what customer service tells a customer. Despite every package being scanned and accounted for, Mark at the warehouse package pick-up window said hed try looking for it for 5 or ten minutes before giving up. I waited about a combined hour yesterday and today, for them to have no idea where my package was. Never had this issue with UPS or USPS, so Ill be choosing them over Fedex gladly for future needs.

Hello, I have had to call Fedex for 15 total times no bs literally 15 times as of today because fedex driver lied (yes fraudulently stated that the address is incorrect) google confirms my address is correct. There was supposed to be a delivery on the 6th, but 10 calls (out of 15 calls total) later customer support says the driver is new.I was promised delivery for today by start of business, didnt happen, my schedule was modified to accommodate these incompetent drivers of fedex. Today, (my 15th call to fedex) the agent actually tried to contest if I live at the already confirmed address from previous 14 other fedex gents and advocacy agents (fake escalation) Complete asinine ignorance from the agents to the particular drivers relative to this experience as there are some darn good fedex drivers out there, to be clear.

The local driver who delivers to my business park is incompetent and always rude. His level of effort to deliver a package is truly dismal.On multiple occasions he has failed to deliver packages (all when I was inside my shop) and leave Door Tags. The latest instance that happened this week has only further reinforced why I do not use FedEx for my business shipping needs. He tried 3 times to deliver the package (each time I was inside the shop) and the only time he left a Door Tag was the final attempt. So I had no idea the package was coming until it was too late.Now this shipment from Miami has been in FedEx possession for a whole week, and the customer who sent it to me is not happy.If this was school Id give my driver a F-

Nothing as bad as these jerks. Cant even get a phone number to where they are hold my package hostage. Will never use you again. EVER!!!

The service at this Fed Ex center is always top notch. They dont have the restrictions that their smaller about town or Walgreens on site locations.

Apathetic staff. I had a package I needed to drop off given to me by someone else and they refused to help with securing the label. Had to return it to the original party and it defeated the point of me taking when I did. On parr with most FedExp locations but a bit frustrating this time around.

We were expecting two boxes and the guy only gave us one of them the 2nd box was an ac unit for the top of our t.v. well the tracking number was for both both boxes and the 2nd box was bigger and heavier I think the guy still had it on his truck and just didnt want to lift it or the guys that put the stuff in the truck didnt want to lift it either way we dont have all of our stuff and they said they delivered it thats BULL.. AND OF COURSE THEY ARE CLOSED TODAY AND WE CALLED AND MADE A COMPLAINT AND TALKED TO THEM
