Ive always received good customer service here. We purchased a heavy duty mower from them several years ago and have had it serviced by them several times. Out of the way, but worth the drive.

Im very happy with the Bad Boy mower I bought. I thought it was a reasonable price for what I was getting. The problem comes in when I received my Welcome letter from Sheffield Financial, who finances these mowers. The total financed was a lot higher than anticipated, so I called them. The invoice amount I received from Lacaze and the invoice amount Sheffield received differed $371 (tax included). I got the 1.9% interest rate, that should have been charged to my total invoice, but Lacaze figured the finance charge based on the inflated invoice they sent to Sheffield. When I went into the store to ask why the inflated invoice was sent to Sheffield, the reason made absolutely no sense. If you buy from Lacaze expect to pay $309-$500 more than expected. FYI.........
