Just went to pick up sister-in-laws car that had been stolen but they were nice enough to let her keep it there for an extra couple of days since the catalytic converter had been stolen from it. They must be really great folks!

I bought a 98 pathfinder to auto tech. Talked to Melissa I think in service. Gave me a price and appt. Right then and there. I had my own parts she didnt mind. This was so refreshing. At no time was I pressured to buy there parts. I am so satisfied with every aspect of my visit

I have had my car worked on here for many years. I personally know Mr Steve. They are a good place to take you vehicle or rv to be worked on. The also do body work. The prices are reasonable.

Will not honor return policy. Had so many days to return and would not take return. I guess he knows nothing about trying to put parts on. Said seal was.broken. you have to remove the seal they put on to start putting parts on. So now out $650. Maybe it was the fact that it was so much money or that I am a female. So ladies stay clear of this place. My husband will not buy anything from there again.

My family and I were trying to head out of town on Good Friday when the starter on our car went out. We want the car to be towed to our house about a mile away. The driver could have a quick pick up and deliver. Instead he helped us get the car stated so we could get it home to work on it. Then said, Happy Easter!!! Thank you, God Bless

If anybody reading this comment and you go to Auto Tech that’s on you. Because I’m telling you my honest opinion and my honest experience dealing with Auto Tech. Please don’t go to this Business for anything.l, Save your self the headache and time. Steve and his workers Will look you in the face and lie to you and scam and run game on you to just get money out of you. This showed me just how dirty and low class these people really are. I don’t understand how they sleep at night knowing what they doing is completely wrong. As a woman I than gave you the heads up. I don’t want to say a lot because I have a lawyer on the issues they done as well as the Commission of used cars have been contacted as well so please be aware before you go there and deal with people like them.

Never Again!!! My experience was horrible, if I could give negatives I would. I’m deployed at the moment and my car was towed from my house back to the shop without my knowledge or authorization. Instead of verifying that the owner of the vehicle was present by checking/running the vin/license plate number or the tittle with the persons ID they just took it to the shop. My little sister called and had to explain that I was deployed and didn’t give authorization for my my car to be taken. After that they finally ran the information and found out. Even though they knew I didn’t authorize it they still refused to give the car back unless it was paid for. They even threatened to keep it if not paid. I had to send my sister pictures of my military ID to prove my identity. My mom asked them for the price and was told $300. Once it was verified that I was in the military the price went up twice. I have insurance and my mom told them my insurance covered towing so they didn’t need to drop it off. My mom got a new starter put in my car and it was starting before it went to the shop but doesn’t start now. My mom told them that I wanted a receipt and she was told they don’t do paper receipts just pictures. Overall I wouldnt recommend anyone to this shop. Thank you to the gentlemen that tried to help my mom out, I appreciate it. I will defiantly visit them and handle the situation when Im done with this deployment.

When my truck broke down and couldnt start, I couldnt find anyone that could fix my truck. I was referred to Auto-Tech through my in-laws. Auto Tech not only found my truck an engine that was needed they came and provided free towing to get my truck to the shop.The professional at Auto tech kept me informed on the repairs and what was needed to make my truck fully functional. They did all the needed repairs in a timely manner ahead of schedule.Everyone at Auto Tech are true professionals and they really do care about customer satisfaction. I am overly impressed and thankful for the great job they done. I would recommend them anytime.

Update!!!!! 12-18-19- had to take the truck back. Was told it is under warranty now saying I owe 190 to get the truck out again. Was suppose to be 80$ after we told them someone else would be doing the work they tacked on another 100$AGAIN A WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2 YEARS IN A ROW. THIS PLACE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!Do not use this facility . My husband and I took his truck there last week. For a tune up and a diagnostic. Was told it would be 300$ the fallowing day we call back. Get told they had to replace the fuel pump, said it would be 720$ the fallowing day we call back, they claim they ran into addition problems and it would be 1165$!!!!! The fallowing day, which is today we went to pick up our truck it cost us in total 1207.50$ they never told us before doing all of this work refused to allow us to make payments knowing Christmas is next week. We had to pay in full to get the truck out the shop. I will not ever be back and Ill never send someone there. I hope their Christmas is good because due to this situation we wont get to have one with our son.

My truck got impounded and got it out of towed the next day. The services was fast but the price was robbery! Then we was informed beside being charged 234.00 we was also charged for their gas they used to towed my truck! Final bill was 261.00 and my truck was just there over night!

It is hard to find a general auto mechanic that one can trust to do a great job at a fair price. The first thing one should know is that you are dealing directly with honest people.I love my 2003 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali dearly. The truck has been out of warranty for a good while now and as it gets older it needs some maintenance and repairs. I have taken my truck in to auto tech a few times over the past few years and Jims Garage has provided me with excellent professional service each time. They have always fixed whatever has ailed my truck on the first visit--no repeat follow-ups for the same thing. Anytime auto tech a part, they saves the old part and when you come to pay and pick up your ride, he shows you the old part and explains what it is and and what the issue was.The guys at auto tech are straight-up honest mechanics. I have no regrets in using him and would recommend auto tech to anyone that

DO NOT GO HERE .. they will mess your car up then try to blame it on you ! charge you so much money and nothing really gets fixed ! they mess your car up even more than what you went to get fixed ! I advise NO ONE to go here seriously!!!

Found the part I needed and got it in very quickly even during the holidays

I wish I could give negative stars! I have never been so appalled in my entire life! The only positive was the tow truck driver he seemed to be the one whom cared 1) repair #1 gave the appearance that they were giving us a cost cut. Drove from Pineville to Alexandria and their mechanic didnt put the shroud on correctly so it put the fan through the $350 radiator that my husband purchased installed 1 day prior to them getting the truck. 2) they came and got the truck and charged for the tow back to their shop. Charged us all over AGAIN and for a new radiator even though it was their fault and didnt get the radiator where we asked because they have some personal beef or incident with ORiley and where we just purchased a radiator from. Then they charged us AGAIN before we could get our $50k dollar truck back!3)Drove it less than 100 miles and discovered a hole in the radiator they just put in. So as were scared to take the truck back my husband personally gets and installs another radiator. All in all out over $2,000 dollars. I personally wouldnt trust them with a dead dog! Any lawyers bored? I have receipts and would be glad to pass a lot detector test!

Purchase a vehicle about a month in a half ago..only drove it 3 weeks cut off while driving it, called auto tech and let them know they came picked it up from my my job they said it was a speed sensor a day later my grandmother and i was heading to Walmart and almost got hit by a 18 wheeler because it just cut off while driving and havent drove it since still havent got my titles or anything because i had to quit my job due to no transportation. Just wish i could get my car fix omgg
