My wife took her car there to get an alignment. They told her that the back two tires were bad they had flat spots on them. They said that the belts in the tires were broke. These were 80,000 mile tires there was only 50,000 miles on them. They were not cover under the warranty. So we bought two new tires and had them install them. Picked our car up and the nightmare started. They had lifted the car in the wrong spot making the front door catch on the fender. They were closed when we picked up the car. I took the car the very next day too them after one of my buddy looked at it and knew right away what happened. They did get my car fixed and got the rental car for us. How ever I had to pay for the rental car first and make the reservation and find one on my own. Had to go to the dayton airport to pick up the car myself had to return the car to the rental car place myself. The Manger kept telling me they are trying to work with me that I needed to give alittle. Then I received the check to reimburse me. They check was for more then the car rental, because I had to take the money and pay the auto body shop. The head aches and take time out of my day to do what they should have done. AS A CUSTOMER I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKE THE RESERVATION FOR THE CAR RENTAL NOR SHOULD I HAD TO HAVE SOMEBODY TAKE ME TO CAR RENTAL PLACE TO GET THE CAR. AS A CUSTOMER I SHOULD NOT TO BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE AUTO BODY SHOP. THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST PAID THEM AND NOT MAILED ME THE CHECK NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE AND TAKE TIME.OUT OF MY DAY TO TALE CARE OF THEIR SCREW UP. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The guy at the front desk wasn’t very professional. Made me wait 2 different times. One time he was on his personal phone and waited for him to get done texting.

Customer service was great everyone friendly was able to get right in the said I could. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve gone to Best One in Piqua twice in the last few months. Both times I have been blown away by their kindness and professionalism. They have always made me feel like I was important and have gone out of their way to talk to me about my day. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of a mechanical breakdown that caused them to delay my tire repair. I understand things happen I just wish they would have called to let me know before I drove there. Other than this minor issue, I’ve had nothing but great experiences there!

Fast, reliable, friendly service. Stopped by to check on tire warning signal on my Chevy Volt. They did courtesy free inspection and found small nail in tire. They sealed the tired and I had the repair done a few days ago. No pressure sale tactics and my car is good to go. Highly recommended. EZ for them to get many great brands!

Ive gone here a few times now. They have quick and friendly service.My last visit I had sliced open a tire on a large chunk of glass, on the weekend no less. I showed up just before they were closing but they were more than happy to help.I love my car and so far they have taken care of her.

Stopped in I did not have an appointment. I asked if they could put a tube in a lawn mower tire for me. They very courteous and polite. I left the tire with them and they called me back an hour and a half later and it was done. Great service I would recommend them to anyone.

I was able to schedule my appointment at my convenience. I just needed an oil change, so I waited in their waiting room. My car was done in a reasonable time. All the workers are nice and polite and explain any problems well.

A very helpful place. Good prices, and they take card of a lot more than tires. Generally not much of a wait for repairs here. Location next to the Chinese buffet doesnt hurt.

The guys been over backwards to make things right for me. Had already ordered my tires and made an appointment for next weekend to have them mounted then I blew a tire and needed to get them mounted early they bent over backwards to make that happen on extremely short notice. Place and people are nice. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. Only thing I didnt like was that the TV was playing a horror show. I mean, what if a child was in there. Thats the only reason I didnt give a 5 star.

New tires were installed on time and oil and filter were changed. As always, Larry from Best One called to tell me the car was finished. Always a great experience at Piqua Best One Tire!

I used to work here before I moved out of state and I have to say, everyone there is great. They have an ASE Master Technition and automotive college graduates as mechanics. The manager and assistant manager are great people and always willing to help people. They may be packed with customers but its absolutely worth the wait and they will care about your vehicle like its their own. Its the best place in town if you want the best working on your vehicle at a good price. I recommend these guys for pretty much anything automotive. If you havent been here just for even an oil change, come inside and check them out.

In and out in about 30 minutes getting a tire patch for what Id consider a decent price. I had a slow leak and they replaced the valve stem and rebeaded the tire. Works for me, if needed, Ill visit here again.

Great service. Very friendly workers. They were able to answer all my questions.

Was quoted at around 500 to 600 for new calipers, rotors, and brake pads for front. After brake inspections for the same work was told it would be 1,000. I went picked my car up paid them 33.00 took my car else where half the work they said I needed done guess what I didn’t the other shop in town said I would be looking at around 120 to 200. The other shop also said they were trying to over charge me from 20-50.00 each part. After my experience I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you just want to dump a ton of money into your vehicle for over priced parts you don’t need. This is why my guard is always up with these shops.

Excellent, fast service!!! We broke down 2 hours from home. He helped with finding a tow service and had our vehicle fixed the same day.

Manager is rude and acts like he is inconvenienced by concerns for warranty or poor installation. 2 of 4 tires were installed incorrectly causing them to leak, had the dealer fix both. Then when the tires were showing signs of defects wanted to charge for looking at the car.

Don’t go! Pulled in with a flat tire and ended up with around $3,000 in damages and almost got hit by a semi-truck. Not what I deserved trying to patronize their establishment. I was treated like garbage from the moment they knew they messed up and were liable for damages. Their corporate office was even worse when I spoke with them. To say it is a nightmare is putting it lightly. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else but here.

When bringing my vehicle in, the man at the counter was very nice and polite. We dropped it off went across the street and got some breakfast. Came back to the store and was told that they couldnt do the wheel alignment because my upper arms in the back were bad. it was gonna cost me an extra $300 to fix them. I told them that i would have my step dad replace them and bring it back to get the wheel alignment. I bought the arms for the back tires took them to my father to have them replaced and when he got it up in the air, there was NOTHING wrong with the arms, but to our surprise it was the SUBFRAME aka Crossmember that was cracking and needs replaced. The sad thing is we could see The crack with it up in the air before we even got the tire off the car. How those people missed that I will never know. So now the arms that I was told were bad and I ordered online cant be returned and I am out that money.

I came in to get my tire patched from a nail puncture. These guys were very friendly. An elderly man came in and just needed air in his tire. The service tech stopped what he was doing and filled the mans tires for him. I will be back to do business.

I spent over 300 on tires an alignment an drove the car for 30,000 miles . The tires had a 40,000 mile warranty. They said they couldnt give me my warranty with me being 10,000 miles still in warranty. Ill never shop for tires here again. Place is a joke.
