The vehicle I purchased was actually, I felt very below the average price for the year and model. After having been online and at over half a dozen dealerships I settled here. I am extremely happy with the price, with the overall process of buying, and just the team itself was awesome. Purchased from out of state...BIG MISTAKE!! I the vehicle was delivered with SEVERE water damage!!! Its not like this was some minor/underling issue that might have gone accidentally undetected it was OBVIOUS from the second we opened the door so I know they were very aware of the fact that they were pawning off DEFECTIVE merchandise! I recommend that you not waste your time here ESPECIALLY if youre purchasing online or out of state because this vehicle should have never even been listed to begin with & I feel like they absolutely took advantage of the fact that people are relying on online transactions during these uncertain times which is even more despicableas far as im concerned.

Have had several issues with the van within one week of delivery. The warranty from Sherrod is a joke. I have to take the van all the way to Atlanta Georgia for it to be repaired at my cost. Very upset with the dealer who refuses to take responsibility. Paying top dollar for a new van that has problems has been a huge regret.

We live in Michigan and were searching far and wide for a conversion van that would suit our needs as a growing family. We had some special considerations as one of our children may be in need of a wheelchair in the future. We found Paul Sherry Vans on the web and were impressed by the vast inventory and the huge selection of used vans. I contacted Justin Smith, and he advised me on what would work best based on the criteria that I defined. We decided on a slightly used van with only 2k miles on it. I drove down from Michigan (about a 3.5 hour drive) to trade in my old conversion van and pick up the new one. Justin walked me through all the features and functions of the van and in doing so, realized that the description had been entered incorrectly on the web. One of the features that was a deal breaker for me was actually missing. Justin, even though the fault wasn’t his, went to his management and arranged for that feature to be added to the van, and in addition, he was willing to deliver it to me in Michigan (again, 3.5 hours away) at no charge, and pick up the trade to drive back. This level of service and commitment to the customer is sadly missing in the vast majority of dealers in my experience. Justin was both extremely helpful and very knowledgeable regarding upgrades and future modifications that would be possible. I rarely write reviews, but since the service was so outstanding, I feel justified in making sure others know that these are people you can trust and count on to have your best interest at heart.

I want to comment on the excellent service I received from Justin Smith in my recent purchase of a conversion van. From responding to our phone calls to the final agreement of the van I wanted to purchase, he made the experience very simple and accommodating, especially since we were coming from so far away. The van Justin sold to me is exactly what I needed for the disability I suffer from and have to rely on my wheelchair to get me around. The equipment on the van will easily allow me access into the van and onto the chair behind the steering wheel. I really enjoy the van, its exactly what I was looking for and its in great mechanical condition. This review is much lower than others, as the customer service and communication was average. The characteristics described by Ana Fords review is also what I experienced. I bought the van after only seeing the walk-through video and had it delivered. Upon delivery several of the features were very much incomplete and inoperable. I used Justins recommended body shop, over an hour a way, as I thought more of the cost would be covered by the dealership. Had I known how cheap they were and how little of the cost the dealership paid I would not have bought the van at that price. As it is, the van will need re-work for a couple items. I highly encourage all potential buyers to see the van and test all features in person before purchasing

Just received our new ProMaster van this week and it is beautiful. Our old handicap van was on its last legs and I searched the internet for a company that did van conversions and I came across Paul Sherry Vans. I e-mailed Justin Smith with a whole series of questions and he got back to me right away, and answered all my questions. While they didnt have exactly what I was looking for in an already made handicap van they did have another one on the lot that was what I was looking for. They took that one and did the conversion (wheelchair lift and tie downs) and had it delivered to my house in NJ in two weeks. I cant say enough about how helpful Justin and the staff there have been.

First, and most importantly, this van is awesome! I struggled and researched a great deal comparing this 9 passenger hightop to Fords new Transit and to the more traditional GM vans. This van has so much more room than both! Lower floor, higher top, bigger TV, more robust heating and cooling. The front wheel drive makes me feel better about snow driving (without spending an extra $10K on aftermarket 4 wheel drive options). Better fuel economy with pretty good zip. The van is great.There is room for improvement in my personal experience...Free delivery is great because (like most customers) I live more than an hour drive away. (All of the van dealers I met with will offer you free delivery for a new van). I asked if the person who delivers my van could go through some of the electronics (the TV, two radios, linking Bluetooth, Wifi etc.) the answer, absolutely. When the delivery person brought the van he said I dont know nothin about this van. He was filling in I guess. My vans TV does not receive local TV stations. Back stereo does not receive local radio channels. Headphones were not delivered. Also I have a low tire pressure light up front after only one week...and a tiny bit of rust on back door hinges. Justin Smith did promise to send headphones, Its been a couple weeks and I havent gotten them yet. As for the other stuff...no response after several calls and e-mails.There is no salesman more knowledgable or more polite than Justin Smith. Once I sent my money though....much, much less responsive than he had been before the sale.I give this van an A+, reliability we shall see, service after the sale...C minus.
