Completely trash diamonds and staff. The diamond my fiance got me was cracked and they claimed the were inculsions/birthmarks. Smh then a week later I noticed more cracks. Theyve done nothing but give us a run around its very sad because I didnt want to give back the ring my fiance asked me with but im not going to have him ripped off and treated like hes ignorant about how poor quality their jewelry is and way overpriced!
The store manager was very nice and extremely helpful. We came in late and it was right before closing and they had no issue staying over to help us with the ring purchase. Her sales associates were also very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back to this location!
I didnt go in there asking for the world. I needed a necklace for a Christmas gift and Betsy showed me options within the price range I gave her. She was decently friendly and didnt seem super pushy. Overall a quick and pleasant experience.
Ive had the best experience with Kays Jewelers Piqua Ohio they bent over backwards for me to find my dream ring and work so hard to make the financing work. They work together as a team to get my other ring size for my other finger. I absolutely love their warranty on their jewelry, no one else can compare. Thank you Kays Jewelers Piqua Ohio!
Ive been a Kay Jewelers customer for years with a high level of satisfaction at many locations but NOT THIS ONE! My wife and I have had a terrible experience there designing her custom ring. They didnt stay in communication with us through the process, the staff wasnt knowledgeable about the process and even promised us things they couldnt deliver! They constantly did not meat deadlines that they provided. It was a terribly frustrating experience. I would highly recommend using a different location!
My husband and I was VERY impressed how helpful, kind & honest the staff was at Kays. They didnt rush us, answered every question AND they inspired me to choose this wedding ring for my 11th wedding anniversary. The setting was fun, peaceful & memorable for my husband and I. I found the PERFECT ring thanks for all their help!!!! :)
Do not go here. The girls were not friendly or helpful. I came in to get my items cleaned and inspected. Associate failed to mention that if I never came in, I could have waited until January until after she inspected me items. They were rude and demanding, no compassion. No apologies or customer service one bit.

Bought $3000 worth of rings, had to be sized, promised back in 2 weeks. On that date no rings, called and manager said they had been shipped would be in 2 days later, never happened. 4 days later started hounding them and customer service. Manager said the shop had the rings but would not release them, her first story was that instead of sizing the rings they sent an estimate and was waiting for approval. After 3 weeks someone from the Piqua store called and said the rings were in, she also let slip the truth when she apologized for them being sent to the wrong store a week earlier. I am sure they thought they were lost and they started making up all kinds of lies while they searched for them. NEVER ever will we do business with them, we actually returned one ring, cancelled 3 warranties, asked for and got an adjustment because they took so long the rings were 20% less on sale and customer service gave us a $40 IN STORE card. Save yourself some grief. They took something that should have been a memorable occasion and turned it into a nightmare and all they had to say was sorry. Leslie was the manger making up the lies.
If there was a 0 star rating, i wouldve chosen it. Went in today for my yearly cleaning. First off, she didnt even clean it. She checked to see if any stones were missing and wiped it with a wet paper towel, then gave it back to me. Second, they pressured me into signing up for a credit card with them. Then proceeded to pressure me into buying something today after telling them no multiple times. Ive been with them for years and theyre definitely going downhill. Absolutely horrible customer service and will NOT be returning!
This location is now closed. I brought my jewelry for its regular inspection and the store was closed. I asked about it at a nearby store and was told they closed up a month or so ago. So now if we want our inspections to keep our warranties we have to drive quite a distance to Dayton just for that.

Literally felt like I had no opinion because they were forcing theirs down my throat. I had 3 women on me with 1 sitting behind me. They acted like I had to buy our rings that day and wouldnt let us have time to think about it. I will never go to piquas Kays again.
The first couple times in store went well for my fiancé and I. But as time went on its gotten worse. He bought a watch about 2 years ago and the pin kept coming out of it. We took it in MULTIPLE times asking for it to be fixed and all they would do was stick it back in and say they fixed it. They did this again and again until his warranty expired so if he wanted to send it in to actually get fixed we would be paying more. We tried to give them another chance, and got a kays card with the sole purpose of just helping build some credit, but we didnt receive the card for over 2 months. When we came in the first time our bill was due they were really busy, which we understood and waited patiently for help, but All we needed was someone to show us how to pay our bill without an account number(that was on the card we hadnt received) when it came to our turn we got about 20 seconds of the womans attention, long enough for her to tell us to call customer service and walk away. As if we hadnt already done that. Now months later were still fighting to get the Kay card to even work, and praying it doesnt hurt our credit because we cant get remotely acceptable customer service out of anyone.
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. This place, not even just this location but the company as a whole, is just down right terrible with terrible customer service. I got my wedding band from there and my experience has been nothing but horrible. They are always rude and I will never go back.
