Great customer service! My parents had a garage door repaired by Fincel Door Company, and the next day the door got out of balance. The company immediately responded to my call, had a technician on site within 30 minutes, and fixed the problem! I was very impressed at the high level of customer service and professionalism!

Replaced both torsion springs on our garage door after one broke. Fast friendly service. Worked around my schedule and the price was excellent. Even showed me how to easily open the door should it ever happen to me again. Highly recommend this company.

I called first thing on Monday morning and was able to set up the same day appointment. One of my 2 springs was broke and needed to be replaced. The woman that I talked to on the phone was super friendly, she gave me an estimate to replace 1 spring and stated that it was up to me if I wanted to replace both or not. The owner showed up that afternoon, also super nice and extremely knowledgeable, replaced both springs, bottom seal, made sure the door was closing properly (it wasnt before) and fixed a popping sound. I have a battery back up garage door opener that I bought at Lowes and the battery went bad, Lowes doesnt carry replacement batteries. Figures! The owner stated that they do and would drop one off, talk about customer service! Please support what I call mom and pop companies like this one, they truly know what customer service is all about! This is the first review that I have ever written but I felt I needed to let people know how excellent this company is!! If you ever need any work done on your garage door, please consider Fincel Door Company!! You wont be disappointed!David

If you are in a company truck and company uniform you should not be standing AT THE DOOR of a business smoking a cigarette! Other businesses dont allow their employees to do this due to customers avoiding the area, so you should probably ask your employees not to do it!
