They don’t pick up their phone, why keep 4+ employees in the store if none of them can answer a phone? If you’re going to support a local business, I’d recommend finding a different furniture store with good customer service.

Went to get a mattress for our son and the salesperson tried to talk us down to a cheap and junky one. 🤨 It was strange and awkward.

We visited other furniture stores today, and although found what we were looking for, the pushy staff sent us out the door. We decided to try this store and we were comfortable from the moment we walked in the door! We were not greeted by vulchers tagging along, but by a friendly welcome and let me know how I can help. We were able to take our time and look at our pace. The store was not over-crowded with furniture making it much easier to navigate through. The staff was incredibly nice. You felt comfortable and able to easily make a decision. When we were ready, Tracey helped us and made us very comfortable with our decision. We were treated like friends and we will be back again. I will highly recommend this business.

Ive shopped here 3 separate times and everytime they go above And beyond. They helped me make sure I was set up with a payment I could afford and crunched numbers with me for at least a half hour. Good quality furniture and mattresses. Decent pricing as well. You get what you pay for .

My wife and I recently purchased a new (and matching) chair and recliner from Living Right Home Furniture. I was out of town at the time so my wife had to go in and do the negotiating. She couldnt have had nicer things to say about the way her salesman - Bill - was able to help answer all of her questions and point us in the direction of exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be returning here for all of our future furniture needs and highly recommend them!

Railed my wife here, great bed selection, but i couldnt find mahogany bed frames.

I recently came in to purchase a new whole bed set because I just got my own place, and the help I got to find the perfect bed for me was amazing. Ive recommended a few people here and they all told me the same thing.

Will never step foot in this store again, walked in today and was not greeted, did not see one person, but I sure did hear them, dropping the f bomb like 6 times among other cuss words. No thanks, if employees are gonna act like that they will not get my business.

My pregnant girlfriend and I were looking into buying a new mattress so she could sleep better at night, this was a great store. We spent about 3 weeks searching for the best place at the right price and we finally found it in Piqua, Ohio.

I have spent a ton of time looking for the perfect mattress, the salesmen really helped me find the one that is perfect for me. I have had my Serta mattress and pillows for 3 years, and every night I sill get that moment of wow when I lay down.

Bad service, delivery of the order takes a long time, do not have a physical inventory in stores. It is my second and last time that I decide to buy furniture in that store.
